Packed itinerary for the students to get a taste of all three countries.

Our group of 31 was delayed for over 24 hours trying to leave the US. We missed 1 1/2 days of our trip & our school’s group leader was left in tears with a ton of added stress on the phone with EF tours & talking directly with United Airlines for hours on end while 31 of us waited in the airport for 12+ hours in limbo.. Our trip was great once we finally made it to our destination, thankfully.

Talk about exceeding expectations! Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgable. The students had the time of their lives. When we got back to school, they boasted that it was the best week ever. We chaperones are already planning a return to the Alps.

What do i start with i would be scared to send any student on a trip for there safety to be honest my daughter was sick for 4 days. She asked to get medicine from a pharmacy and was not allowed her temperature was not even taken. She fell asleep on the bus because she was so sick woke up and there was no one on the bus with her only the driver which did not speak English. She was very very scared she called me crying and scared. She was vomiting and diarrhea. There are people dying from the flu having not been treated.Turns out 8 to 10 student had flu and the virus. The safety of the students ranging from 16 to 19 was not a priority.Plus very badly managed they waited nearly 2 hours in the cold for classical music turned out it was not even booked. They waited in the cold.I would not recommend a tour for students with yall.

Our tour guide was simply amazing so informative and welcoming he deserves 5 stars as does our driver he was so kind and a wonderful driver. Our students and parents were so happy with them both, we gave them both hand written cards from us all. Now the downside. We extended the trip to be able to attend the Haribo factory, this was confirmed not once but twice with the tour contact who assured our teacher that it would be open. Even after we called because when we looked it said closed and yet she again assured us it would be open to us. IT WAS NOT, we extended our trip for this reason. Of course when we tried calling to have a conversation we just got a voice mail, I honestly have no idea if she called Mrs Nuttel back. Laurenz our tour guide went out and purchased candy for EVERYONE on the trip, which I would hope you will reimburse him for because he felt so bad, he had no idea, that no one had informed us. While I understand from the business side you are looking for a way to increase money it is so sad that you knowingly sold extra days and left it to the tour guide and us to tell the students. As an educator it was disappointing.

Our guide was wonderful and the accomodations were mostly decent. What would make this so much better is 1) have a list of local attractions (most in demand from tourists) that we can hit during our free time. 2) only book hotels with potential things to see nearby such as little towns, big cities, amazing sites, ruins, etc. Some of us like to adventure after dinner. 3) All of the hotels were amazing except the Wyndham at the end. That one was remote and boring and hot, lacking AC.4) on the food allergies, I would recommend that people only put allergies that will make them actually ill. Let them know that while some foods might cause slight discomfort or irritation, listing minor food allergies may make them miss out on local cuisine and specialties.
