The tour presented a perfect balance of learning opportunities regarding culture, history, and global awareness. The students were able to benefit from this tour in a multitude of ways.
Such a great experience for our son. Everything was planned so well and included so many cultural experiences!
Everything was great! I think we could have had a longer amount of time at the concentration camp we went to. We only had an hour or hour and a half. Not enough time to see it all. Also, there was a lot of “free” time..some was nice then other times not so much!
The tour was exciting, our tour director was incredible, and I loved the entire experience! My only regret is that I could not stay longer. The food, the people, the hotels—I enjoyed every part of the trip, and I look forward to traveling with EF again in the future!!
A fantastic trip
The cities were what made this an amazing trip! I wish we didn’t get an exaggerated amount of free time in cities like Munich, we couldn’t figure out what to do and ended up walking around in circles to look for something to do. However it would’ve been amazing to get more free time in Lucerne and Prague. Those two cities highlight of my trip! I also would’ve liked more diversity when it came to food. I felt as if we were getting the same thing every night for dinner, but sometimes just in a different city. Sometimes it didn’t feel fulfilling enough, either. Also, some of the hotels were a bit weird. More specifically in Prague and Lucerne. In Prague, the overall place was a bit dingy, but my roommate and I’s bathroom door wouldn’t shut, making it a bit uncomfortable. In Lucerne, the shower was out in the open with only a curtain to divide the room in half so we could shower with a bit of privacy. The breakfast in Lucerne wasn’t that great, either. Other than that, the hotels were awesome! My personal favorite was the one in Munich. The rooms were fantastic and the breakfast was great! I personally loved the extra excursions, too! Czech night and the Swiss Folklore night are things I recommend for anyone else going on this trip. I loved the bike ride we took through Munich as well! Overall, this was a great trip!
The students had so many opportunities to explore these countries, whether through delightful excursions or through their own free time. My students didn't want to come home!h
My son took this trip and it changed his life in all kinds of good ways. Great cultural immersion, fun, safe, and made memories to last him a lifetime.
Remarkable destination(s); Bavaria, Munich, Prague, and the Alps are not to be missed!
It was the best decision we made to allow our daughter to attend. We were a little hesitant because she was only 12 (she turned 13 right after the trip). However, we saw so many positive changes in her and her ability to be independent. She also started a second language this year and cannot wait to travel and study abroad. The trip really inspired her and opened her up to different cultures. She has also been more interested in world news and events as well as thinking more globally. Thank you for this amazing opportunity!
Such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
This was my son's first trip with EF but other family members have traveled with them. This was his first time traveling to Europe and loved it. He can't wait to go back again! He enjoyed it so much he's already on his second EF trip right now and has booked his 3rd. I love that there is a safe way for my children to explore the world and find the love of travel at such a young age.
Phenomenal, the hotels were very nice. The food experience was impeccable. The guide was amazing and knew so much. Truly a great trip.
This tour was full of both the bustling city experience of Berlin and the quaint European City experience in Dresden and Regensburg, Germany. My students loved the liveliness of Prague and the character of Lucerne. I would definitely recommend this trip for any group looking for the quintessential European vacation.
My daughter had a great experience. Due to layovers she missed out on a few experiences but other than that she loved it.
Wonderful and so worth it! Loved seeing all the history and learning.
