Tour director was amazing
It was an incredible experience for everyone! The balance between being very active and having smaller breaks/downtime in between was perfect. Our tour director, Chris, was fantastic. A resident of Ecuador, he was great with the kids, easy to communicate with, and very knowledgable. I'm already planning my next trip with EF!
FUN FOR ALL
It was very cool. I know I’m suppose to love the tortoises but we saw a lot of them. It was tortoise overload. But all and all a trip of a lifetime and memories forever

Incredible! Traveled to numerous islands, saw unique wildlife - including 140 year old tortoises, experienced the culture, tried news foods, played with local children. Would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone!
What a fantastic trip! The snorkeling was amazing. The animals were amazing! Highly recommend going on this tour! The guides were all friendly and knowledgeable.

My past experience had previously been with Go Ahead. I attended this EF trip with my son. It was excellent! The trip, tours, travel, last minute adjustments, SAFETY…all wonderful!
Such an amazing, iconic location with the opportunity to see animals in their natural environment. Both the mainland Ecuador activities and the Galapagos Island adventures were very fun and engaging. The snorkeling and beach time were highlights, for sure. Hotels and provided meals were good, although students would have enjoyed a pool at at least one of the hotels. The big negative about this trip are the early wake up / departure times from hotels. This might have been out of necessity to make it to an activity, or the ferry ride to a new island, but four days in a row of early departure times from hotels (5:50, 5:45, 4:45, and 5:45) was very exhausting on our travelers and contributed to several getting ill and losing things in hotel rooms. Our EF tour directors, Ando and Myriam, were outstanding and did a wonderful job leading our double bus group. I also appreciated that our two bus group were on flights together, ferries together and all but one hotel together - the EF team did a great job making that happen for our group. This trip is a true "once in a lifetime" experience for most travelers, and I would have given five stars had it not been for the early wake up times and average meals and hotels.
