An experience of a life time. The up close and personal experience with the wild life and culture of the Islands was amazing and educational.
This was a great trip, my son had the time of his life and would love to do it again.
wonderful experience. All well planned and organized. Preparation amazing and super helpful. During the trip all as promised. Great tour guides. Felt safe all the times. Tours were a great mixed of culture, nature, adventure, food and free time.
My daughter enjoyed and learned a lot of in this trip
It was an unforgettable experience. The islands were beyond beautiful, full of life, and safe. People were kind and always eager to help. Tour guides were not only knowledgeable, but also friendly and worked great with children and adults.
Everything was easy, safe, and friendly. You guys do an outstanding job.
The trip to the Galápagos Islands and as a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many of our travelers, and EF did a great job of organizing and managing it.

Galapagos itself was amazing but the lack of coordination with transportation in Miami was alarming, having them walk 2.5 miles at midnight is unacceptable anywhere
Every time I had a question they were always very professional and helpful. The website is easy to use. My son had a great time during his tour.
Disappointing

Despite waking up early most days, this trip was amazing!
Several issues on the flight going and returning, so it could have been better.

I felt like the tour was just scratching the surface. Lots of potentially interesting places to see and experiences to have, but it all seemed somewhat rushed and "check the box" like. I would recommend even one more day spent in the islands and consider cutting back on the number of islands visited to reduce the inter-island boat rides. This would allow more in depth wildlife viewing.

It was a truly great experience. The schedule was amazing, and we saw so much on the islands and in Quito. Our tour guide was phenomenal, the food was amazing, and all the hotels were spectacular and had AC!
EF does not care enough about their vegetarian customers. We were served pasta or rice daily with few if any vegetables as part of our mean. Almost always, the meat dishes were served with more vegetables than the vegetarian dishes. Except for eggs and cheese at breakfast we rarely were served anything with protein. If you’re a vegetarian, you should think twice about participating on this trip. Additionally, our guide, Ivan, seemed more interested in conversing with the bus drivers than with with EF’s travelers. Although he seemed knowledgeable he often would only speak to us for 5-6 minutes on an hour long bus ride. This was my second trip to the Galapagos and although we were often rushed from place to place, I saw fewer animals on this trip than on my first. We were a school group with 12 travelers but we were partnered with a larger school group that resulted in our group of 12 people being split up almost every day.
Why we where traveling everything was pretty smooth sailing. We had a fantastic time why we where there. Our guide did a great job of getting us through everything.
Our guides are wonderful! Everything was well organized.
