I loved the trip. The cities were fun and exciting to be in. Our tour guide gave us ample time to browse and shop. He also took us to some of his favorite eating areas. The hotels were nice, clean and up to date. Our bus drivers were kind and good drivers.
The sights were amazing and we really love the other group we were paired with.
Trip of a lifetime!
Fantastic tour with lots of history and some realky famous landmarks to see.
I had a great time on this trip! I would have loved to spend a bit more time at each location to fully get the experience! It was so nice to have everything planned for me, even down to the meals throughout the trip. One recommendation I have is for lodging to be closer to the city centers to limit transportation time - there was a lot of windshield time even being less than 20 miles outside of the city. This could also allow individuals (or groups as a whole) to return to the hotel during the free time if desired. Additionally, planning time outside of the Dublin city center to see the countryside would have been great!
Great educational mix with fun!
We spent a lot of money for the trip being very rushed. We saw things but didn't get to experience a lot. We were allotted hours of time for shopping in areas that we could shop at from where we live. The Eifel tower needs to be allowed more time than 30 minutes for pictures. We were told we had to skip one excursion to go to the Eiffel tower and have to time to spend there. It was very frowned upon doing that, although I wish I would have done it. If things are listed on the itinerary it should state, you will only see these and you may only see them from the coach bus and not outside of the coach bus rather than people assuming you will have time to take it all in. Standing in line for 45 minutes to see something and then being told you have 10 minutes is beyond disappointing.
We had high hopes for a great experience and were sadden to learn that much of what we would see would be from the coach bus. We spent a lot of time rushing and then waiting and then being rushed again. There were a few positives from the trip however it was definitely not what we were expecting.
Incredible trip. One we will remember as a family for a lifetime.

My child's Europe trip through EF tours was amazing! He had a blast while also having firsthand experience on different parts of the world. It was very exciting and educational, and EF tours did an amazing job!

Great trip, but add on days transportation could have been adjusted to work out better.
A good experience but better hope they are no travel delays/issues. 1) Itinerary was great - just enough time for the kids to have unstructured time while hitting key activities. 2) Hotel choices in Dublin and Paris seemed great, London not so much. My son said the rooms had mold and were unclean for many; the location was also by Heathrow meaning a long travel time/distance to get to the activities in London so they didn't see everything on the itinerary (which my son was fine with as they saw other things instead). 3) Tour Guide - Jay was great. 4) On the return flight home, the flight was canceled for my son and his group. The handling of this via EF was horrible. I called their phone number and spoke to someone who claimed to not know that the flight was canceled (this was over an hour after it was canceled), indicated there was nothing in his system to indicate our Group Leader had called their EF Tour consultant (and our Group Leader had) and could offer nothing except contact our Group Leader. I asked for a supervisor while on the phone and was told they don't come to the phone and to send an email. An email while my son is stranded in the Paris airport! THIS WAS HORRIBLE. Contacting the Group Leader is the absolute worst advice as our Group Leader was working with the airline and EF to rebook - this process to rebook our group on another flight took 10-12 hours (I am not joking) and when my son went to bed that night, he didn't even know which flight he was rebooked on the next day. EF had our money and didn't seem to care one bit about the travel interruption which soured me enough to write this review.
Amazing.. so much fun and educational
My daughter had fun just sleeping arrangements need to be better.
