Hannah Edy, or your director was amazing. She worked so hard to fulfill every single request that we had and was by far and away the best tour director I’ve ever had. I was so impressed with Clive our driver in Dublin. He was friendly and professional. The hotel B & B Heathrow had issues. Many of the toilets had difficulty flushing. One of the rooms had no hot water. When we notified the front desk of these issues, they said they would fix it. However, upon returning to the hotel, the issues were not fixed. Hannah complained to the front desk and finally they changed the room that had no hot water. The toilets continued to be an issue. The driver in London, was from Manchester and was not familiar with the city. He depended on the satnav to get around. He had earbuds in his ears and was not listening to the tour director. When she informed him that there was a change in plans because we were stuck in traffic for a lengthy amount of time he appeared to acknowledge her, but then continued to drive to the wrong location. She realized he was going the wrong way and notified him that he was not following the new itinerary. We spent three hours in traffic because of his mistake. His response was.”my bad.” we had to revise our plans again because of his mistake. Upon arriving in Paris, the bus that was supposed to pick us up broke down and the company didn’t notify our tour director. When she called they finally told her and we had to wait over an hour for the replacement bus. That driver was rude and didn’t speak English. Through a translator app he communicated that he could only drop us at Montmarte and then meet up with the replacement driver to transfer our luggage. When the transfer of luggage was made they damaged my suitcase, which was brand new and I just purchased in London. The new driver was OK, but also did not speak much English. The rest of the trip was fine and the next driver to Normandy and back to Paris was amazing. His name was Philippe and was so helpful. I had injured my leg from so much walking and he kindly assisted me in getting on & off the bus and made sure to park near a curb to assist me in getting on & off the bus. He was very kind. So while there some issues on the trip as I’ve described, overall it was a great experience.
For the most part it was pretty great. Wonderful memories. Id definitely visit Dublin and London again with EF
My group had a wonderful time on this tour. It was the best combination of structured activities and free time. The kids especially loved Stratford Upon Avon and London. And they loved seeing Paris and Versailles as well.
EF does not seem to care about complaints and issues.
Very fun and memorable experience. Great guides, good accommodations, and we were always busy with things to do and see

We enjoyed the weather, the tur director, and the spacious hotels.
I believe I would have enjoyed this trip a lot more if it was during a non busy month. There were A LOT of people. I truly did love the history, so many cool artifacts with detailed explanations. Although there are a lot of people they are all so beautiful and distinctive!!
Great trip full of awesome destinations
My son loved his senior trip. So much history and really amazing tours. The EF guide was knowledgeable and friendly which gave the tour a personal touch. The kids felt safe the entire time and had an unforgettable trip!
We sent our son on this trip and he loved it. Wants to do another one!
My daughter had a wonderful experience. Everything went great.
An excellent well planned out experience! History and fun, lead by an informative tour guide and tons of laughter!
