What an amazing part of the world! The sites were amazing! The hotels were good. Mostly comfortable. There was a ton of free time to shop and wonder. Would have prefered to see inside places instead, seems like that is what you are paying for but it is not. Most things you only see from outside. Although the food was not good. Things were not explained well. For instance, we walked into what seemed like a buffet. NO ONE told us it was an appetizer salad bar. So we filled up on what seemed like a subpar meal. Then we were served another dish and then another and then dessert. I would have loved to enjoy it but didn't even know it was coming. Then 2 days later we were served what seemed like is served at school for spaghetti, no meat. But served buffet style as before. Meals are all VERY late. We started after 730/8 pm for dinner several times. Breakfast at 8 lunch at 2/3. No times to stop for snacks. At one point we were served a pork chop that was deep fried and too hard to cut or eat. Other kids with dietary needs, even allergies, were not met and these kids either went hungry or had to purchase a separate meal. There were times getting another meal was not an option. Basic things like water and bathrooms should be a thing. Not to leave kids to find it and then pay to pee. This causes health issues and should not be tolerated. When one the many people were getting sick no did a thing! Not even have them stay back and rest or test. Nothing! Nothing like the website says. Just let them decide and then EVERYONE ended up sick. The meals and dehydration didn't help this situation at all! So people just kept getting more sick. When our flight home was cancelled it took them two days to tell us when we were going home and then they didn't finish setting up hotels and transportation, we had to wait until the next day every day. We couldn't plan anything because EF didn't want to finish fixing the problem for us kids.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your recent tour. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the sites and hotels during your trip. However, we apologize for any confusion regarding the meals. Meals are typically prepared ahead of time for larger groups and are often served during the restaurants' opening hours, which tend to be later than what you may be used to. That being said, we understand the importance of providing water for our travelers, and we will look into this matter further.

Regarding the bathroom situation, please note that European bathroom standards often require payment to enter, and there is not much we can do to change this. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

In terms of dietary needs and allergies, we take these concerns seriously and strive to accommodate all of our travelers' needs to the best of our ability. It is concerning to hear the restaurants did not provide an option for these travelers and we will make sure to follow up with them to ensure this does not happen for any future groups.

We understand the importance of staying hydrated and apologize for any difficulties you experienced in obtaining water. As for the issue with illness on the trip, we take the health and safety of our travelers very seriously and have protocols in place to address such situations. Each Tour Director is trained on health protocols and can only take action if notified by the travelers in the group that they are not feeling well. We are sorry to hear if this was not handled properly and will follow up with our team.

Regarding your cancelled flight and the delay in setting up hotels and transportation, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please know that we do our best to address these types of situations as quickly and efficiently as possible. At times, it can be difficult to secure a large group flight back on the same day, but our team actively works on finding the quickest solution for the group. We understand the disappointment that comes with this process as no one likes a cancelled flight.

We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our services for future tours. We hope you will consider traveling with us again in the future.

The tour was well planned and executed. The Tour Director, Simone T., was professional, friendly and well organized. He made it a point to make this the best experience as possible. The lodging was good and well placed and the food was good, too. This was one of the best tours that I have taken out of the 14 trips that I have organized with students.

Absolutely recommend this trip and experience for anyone on the fence. The trip was planned well, and it allowed us to visit everything imaginable but have plenty of free time to spend with our family.

Excellent trip. She is going again next year!

Lodging is like one star and among the worst that one can experience. My kid and his friends killed like 10 bugs on their first night at hotel in Italy. For over 3k a week and 3-4 kids in one room, they definitely deserve better lodging.

We loved everything we saw, but just wished we had more time to spend at some of the locations.

This is a fantastic itinerary. I was concerned that there wouldn’t be enough to see, but I was wrong. Cinque Terre was spectacular and we saw multiple towns. Nice was a highlight, the excursions are a must. Barcelona was bustling and super fun. The entire French Riviera and drive really amazed me. It was better than I ever imagined!

Fantastic itinerary for my son’s first trip to Europe. Guides were phenomenal.

The tour itself was fine, though I would have preferred more time in cinque terre and skip the perfume factory. Most of my group were bored. When a student got Covid and I really needed EF they were hopeless.
