My son had a wonderful, encouraging, cultural experience on this trip to Italy, Austria and Germany. The tour guide Santiago was funny, knowledgeable, and so nice to the kids. Thank you for a great experience!

My son and daughter said the AC didn't work in their Rome hotel rooms. It was the end of June and very hot. My son said he had trouble sleeping. He also said the beds were very firm and one night he slept on an "ottoman"? He 6' and 175 lbs. They loved seeing the cathedrals, paintings, and sights. It was busy but they enjoyed seeing it all.
The tour guide , Max was amazing.
So much to see and do; I only wish we had more time to spend.
My group had a fantastic experience once we arrived in Italy and really got started on the adventure. EF checked in frequently to make sure things were going well. We had a lot of airline issues getting there, but EF was with us for every step. Super communicative and helpful. Every person we interacted with really worked hard to make sure we had the best experience possible once we were on the ground and on tour. Our Tour Director Max was amazing and really tried to connect with each person in our group.
Amazing experience while making new friends
The amount we were able to see and do in only 10 days is pretty amazing. Italy and Germany alone were amazing, but the addition of the Czech Republic was the cherry on top. The students and adults alike thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our journey through Italy and Germany was nothing short of incredible! From awe-inspiring history and breathtaking excursions to the unforgettable flavors of the local cuisine, every moment was a delight. Highlights like the Vatican, the Colosseum, Pisa, the Tyrolean Alps, and Dachau offered a powerful mix of cultural richness and emotional depth. Each destination brought something unique, making the entire tour both captivating and meaningful.

The mix of walking and traveling was perfect. The contrast of cultures was interesting to experience as well. Would 10/10 recommend.
My son had a fantastic time, learned so much and as his mother, I felt very comfortable with him going out of the country for the first time bc of EF.

We loved everything about this tour and it was so special watching the kids grow and mature as we traveled.
Without our TDs' efforts to include additional add-on excursions, I think the tour would have been very disappointing. We had chicken & potatoes for 4 group dinners; none were "bad" but we were in ITALY, there's so much more to choose from there!? We were really blessed with TDs that valued connection & took care of myself & my chaperones so well!
The experience was phenomenal. The team that led the group was attentive and provided great information at each site.

Great trip overall! Our EF 24/7 guide, Kaja K. was fantastic, the sites visited were interesting and varied. Most of the food was very good and all of the hotels but one were of very good quality. Staying in the Tyrolean Alps was a high point for the group as the landscape and the ability to walk on paths behind the hotel was breathtaking! Everyone raved about it, even though the hotel itself was nice, but not the fanciest. Unfortunately, our hotel in Florence had very poor to non-existent air-conditioning, depending on which room. Daytime temps got up to 96 degrees with high humidity and the nighttime temps remained in the 80's. That made for very unpleasant sleeping for most travelers. The only other complaint was that our two fights out of Philadelphia (one earlier one for a stay-ahead and the regular flight for the rest of the group) both had to fly south to Charlotte first with a four-hour layover to then basically retrace our same route north again to trvel to Europe. This made for an extra-long and tiresome travel experience before even getting there, adding about six hours onto the trip which was not necessary for us, although perhaps it helped EF save some money. Please avoid this in the future in order to increase customer satisfaction.
Such a great variety of your sites, geography, foods, etc all in one trip! Loved it!
