The hotels were not the greatest except for the one in Austria. One hotel had flooding in the restroom while showering. The choices of restaurants for dinner were cheap and feel there could’ve been better options for a reasonable price. The PISA was cancelled which was supposed to be part of the tour and were told we would be reimbursed as well as the Olympic stadium was not available to see on the tour.

It was an incredible experience for everyone. For most of my students, this was their first trip overseas. They also had the opportunity to learn about three different cultures as we traveled to three different countries in Europe.
I wish we spend more time, such a beautiful city!
The places were beautiful
My daughter has just returned from a wonderful trip to Italy and Germany. I would like to provide feedback on the tour guide, Kent, and his extreme unprofessional behavior. Kent made many derogatory comments about the US, and spewed political hate towards the US. He mocked US politicians, gun control, country music, and more to our children. He asked one student to stand at the front of the bus and share which US politician she would MURDER if given the chance. This student stated that she was uncomfortable, and Kent's response was "I don't care, you have to answer the question". Kent also boasted of his family money and stated more than once "how comfortable" his family is able to live. Again, this is tacky and unprofessional. I am livid over my child being exposed to this disgusting man. His job as a guide is to share information about the country and local sites, and he behaved extremely unprofessionally and was out of line. The teachers leading our trip tried to intervene more than once, and he continued to put down our country. I paid thousands of dollars for this experience for my child, and I am furious that Kent thought it was ok to behave in such a way. My daughter was made to be uncomfortable each day because of Kent. I have spoken with many parents and two of the adults who attended this trip, and the feedback is all consistent. I would like follow up from EF Tours leadership on how this complaint will be handled. My husband served in the US Navy, and Kent better be glad that he wasn't on this trip.
Life changing for my son. He is hooked on trying new foods and wants to return to Italy as soon as possible.
Great experience! Disappointed that the price was quoted for a 10 day experience and it was only 7.

Amazing trip with many cool sites to visit Food was okay Hotels were not great Bus ride was pleasant and bus driver was cool! Tour guide Marika was amazing.
The trip was great, lots of moving and flexibility needed. Verona and Florence get a little left behind and many students wished for more time, but it was amazing!

Our tour guides were very good. I did wish there was more time to rest between hotels & better choices for dinner menus. Overall, was good for the educational experience & building up morale within the group.
