My son had an amazing experience and established unforgettable memories
Fantastic itinerary! Beautiful sites, rich rich history for the students to interface with and learn.
There was so much to see in Italy, I would have liked more time there. Adding Germany in was also great but added too much travel by bus. Seeing them separately would probably be better. However, the contrast in food and culture was an interesting aspect of our trip. I intend to return to both countries separately.
EF guides were knowledgeable and personable, hotels were clean and comfortable, and EF was quick to make schedule changes if necessary.
My son had fun and a great time
We had a wonderful trip. Our tour guide and bus driver were great.
Top notch! We had the best time ever!
accommodations and transportation were severely lacking

Very poor communication with customer service.

He enjoyed the trip, the leaders, staff, locations. He is pretty introverted normally but this trip brought him out of his shell and he had a blast. Thank you!
Excellent in my opinion.
EF is an amazing company; I've taken two trips with them (Costa Rica and Italy-Germany), and they were both wonderful! Our tour directors are phenomenal, and the support you get along the way from EF (prior to the trip and during the trip itself) relieves the stress of possible mishaps. They have a solution to anything! And the trip itineraries are truly set up to get the students the most experience for their money. I have nothing but good things to say about EF.
Trip was wonderful and our tour guide was excellent. Wish we would have had more time on our own to explore the cities. Our return flight was canceled and we were stuck in the Prague airport for hours. It was a horrible experience, had to sleep on the floor to get a little rest. When we finally got a flight we flew to London on a very sketchy plane, but we were glad to finally leave the one airport onto another one. EF Tours could have figured out a much faster resolution for all of us to leave Prague. We had a wonderful time and I’d recommend you all to everyone but I hate that I have to remember the end of the trip more than the rest of the trip.
Our tour director, Doris, was splendid! One of the students needed hospitalization and she quickly had a game plan for him, his family in the US, and for the other travelers on tour. Our tour continued smoothly. All locations seem to have ample selections of food and everyone was accomodated who had special diatery requests/needs. Rooms were also great. Even though we went in mid-July, no one complained of being too hot or cramped in their rooms (like other reviews I have read). The rooms were all comfortable and clean! Our favorite was in Tirol: most of us had huge mini apartments! Side note: yes, there is a lot of walking. An elderly couple in our group frequently did their own thing. Make sure to pack a water bottle!! All of the walking and the heat will make you thirsty! Italy had TONS of free water fountains where people would flock and fill their bottles (for free! This is important in Europe haha). The water was clean and COLD! I recommend to read about all of the landmarks you will visit ahead of time to make most of your visit. Sometimes we didn't hear the local guides (either because of accents or volume) so I feel like I missed a lot of good information. Dachau was numbing. This is a location you just have to see; pictures and videos do not do it justice. Most of us were shocked at how rowdy and rude a few German students were behaving (on their field trip) but you must remember: it's water under the bridge for them, perhaps the same way our students are not as truly numbed by the World Trade Centers. You will see and walk A LOT! Take lots of pictures to remember your busy days!
Absolutely fabulous!!!!!
Had a wonderful time exploring great venues with so much history. Truly an unforgettable experience. It was worth the wait and the sacrifices made to make it possible.
My, at the time 14 yr old, son loved this trip. He continues to talk about it and asks when he can do another.
Jennie was great, both the teachers were. Andrea our tour guide and Fausto the driver we loved. Was enjoying the trip overall…however some of the food choices were not good. I would rather not pay for that stuff and get food on my on. Also that first place we stayed was terrible; totally a scene from a horror movie. I would have never stayed there if not for the fact I was with a large group. But the lodging did get better, but that first place would highly recommend you STOP using. The trip was fun overall. Also one of our excursions was canceled and i have not yet seen a refund. Where’s my dang money????
