Loved the experiences in the cities, but the hotels were not good. The hotel in Rome was falling apart, in a bad part of town and 45 minutes from Rome. The hotel in Florence was fine, but also 45 minutes from the city.

Fantastic itinerary with a great Tour Director. The support staff was very helpful, especially during our trip home, which took longer than expected.
All the hotels we stayed at were clean and prepared for our group to stay with them. The organization of the tour was excellent and Tom, our tour guide, worked hard to ensure that everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Tom and EF tours!
So much to sight see and explore. It was breath taking to see all the historical land marks. I cannot express how blessed I felt to be able to see everything that this tour provided.
I've never been to Europe and it was a real cultural experience to see the historical places like the Coliseum, the Forum, Vatican City and Trevi Fountain. I've seen old movies about Italy and it was a real joy to be at the actual places. In Germany I enjoyed going to the Barvarian Town and visiting with the owner of the restaurant that where we had lunch. He shared some of the towns customs. I'm a very picky eater but found that the meals were excellent and enjoyable.

Rome, Florence, Austria & Germany. Visited the tourist highlights, but also given little gems that you wouldn’t know without using a guide. So happy with the experience.
From beginning to end, it was PERFECT! Thankful for such a great Tour Consultant that ensured I was ready to travel. Also, I am very thankful for the amazing Tour Director I had. He was top notch.
