Highly recommend! Beautiful cities and everything is planned for you. The guide is always working to give you the best experience possible. The guided tours of the cities also helped you to get the lay of the land before your free time for lunch and shopping.

The food choices by the tour guide could've been more Country realated. Thai food in England for example. Not to mention that my son has a peanut allergy.
Everything about the air transportation was horrible, and EF did little to nothing to assist with it from our perspective. We were on the trip with our daughter and saw everything firsthand. Our first flight was canceled due to weather, meaning we would not make our connecting flight to London. We were rerouted to Denver but would have to stay there overnight to fly to London the next day. When we arrived in Denver, we were basically told here is a hotel suggestion find your own rooms and transportation. The adults scrambled to find a hotel we could stay in and get transport there. Once we arrived there, we had to use our own credit cards to pay for the rooms. If there had not been enough adults there with credit cards, I am not sure what the group would have done, we had a large group and required ten rooms. To get all of those, 5 of us each paid for two rooms for the night, hoping to get reimbursed. We missed two major tours and an entire day in London. Our tour guide Fabio was good and did his best to try to make us feel like we were getting the best tour. Our walking tour guides in every city were excellent, and those were informative and enjoyable tours. However, the dinner choices for the entire trip had significant issues. We expected the food to be that of the country we were in, dishes you would expect to see and get on any trip. For dinner in London, we were served Chicken Pad Thai, which was bland and tasteless, we can get much better at home. Many on the trip were disappointed we were not offered more local options. In fact, there were no options, and the portions were often small if people had not eaten lunch to try to make use of the limited free time they had in areas they would have to go to bed hungry because the hotels you placed us in were so far out of town many had no additional food options nearby. If they had offered three choices in the morning, or even a week before those could be prepared by the restaurant before it would have been a much better and more enjoyable experience. As it was, we only had three dinner choices that were indeed the food of the country. Our trip to France was fine on the train it was precisely what you would have imagined a train ride through the French Countryside to be. Once in France, our guide was excellent, but it was a whirlwind tour seen mostly from a bus window. Our trip to the Louvre was good but, again short, we had to cover a 16km museum with lunch and a bathroom break in 2.5 hours, not easy to see much of anything without running through the halls. Our guide Fabio offered us the opportunity to go to the top of Montparnasse tower this was a great recommendation and a highlight of the France portion. The cruise on the Seine at night was one of the most memorable parts of the tour. Our second flight went downhill because of EF's terrible choice of air carriers. We were flying from France to Milan, EF chose Air Italia (ITA). They were almost 2 hours behind and then crammed everyone into a plane with absolutely no legroom. As someone who is 6"4' and has flown extensively, I have had more legroom in a 4-seat Cessna than I did on that ITA flight. One of our member's luggage was lost in Paris, they made a claim and again, we were delayed even longer at the airport as no one seemed interested in helping us from both the ITA or EF side, this continued on through the rest of the trip. Again we were late to our tour thankfully, they were able to delay. Our Hotel that night was the best we had with a small mall within walking distance, we could take the kids to get food and supplies. The next day we went to Florence via bus and had a great time. My problem with this part is safety and security, EF pushed this on us as parents the entire time asking us to sign our kids up. We were told our luggage would be secure on the bus while on our tour. We arrived that night to find our bags piled up in the lobby unsecured. People had money and documents in there and they were not secure. EF chose the bus company and the hotel that allowed this to happen. The flight home was again on ITA and just as bad 2 hours late and we missed the connection, Our group was again getting no answers at the DC airport from the airlines or EF. 3 of our group were able to purchase other tickets to get a direct flight home but the rest of the group was in the Airport for over 6 hours before they got to a hotel room at almost midnight to be back up at 4 am. We did not get all of our group back into St Louis until almost 6 pm the day after we were scheduled to be home. EF, from our experience, did not provide the support they promised and did not have solid support during off hours. You would think for a group that had spent over $100k, there would be better service. You would also think that they would be more focused on protecting the students, from our end, it did not seem that way. The trip was amazing but there were major issues.

Guide and tour were great. Some Food was terrible and unfit for human consumption. We had to by our own meals multiple times. Hotels were too far from the tour destination and took over an hour to drive both ways e very day. Most hotels had no air conditioning and it was 107 in Rome and no air conditioning. EF should have planned better.
Great adventure. I learned a lot about the countries and accommodations were great.
Too much time on busses and not enough in the cities

Great tour, good guides and took care of us!
Amazing experience and awesome trip!
Our Tour Director, Samuel, was great. Good sense of humor, good knowledge of the places we visited. We enjoyed the sites and history!
The EF tours organization was fantastic!!! I appreciated the outstanding communication and the thoughtful itinerary. My son had a great experience with his tour guide. I am so grateful that my son could see part of the world! As a parent, I felt at ease, and I wasn’t concerned about his safety thanks to all of your attention to detail. On a different note, I was sad to learn that 1/4 of the nights he was in Europe, his hotel room only had one bed and not enough linens for both him and his roommate. My son slept on the floor those nights. I find this to be unacceptable. Outside of that, I have nothing but positive things to say about this amazing adventure! If you would kindly address the sleeping situation, I would recommend this company without reservation to everyone! Thank you so much for this great experience! Wendy
Tour Guide Danellie was excellent
very disappointing, dirty and moldy hotels , awful dinners, rude and disorganized tour director, some hotels were too far from our activities (almost 2 hours away). dirty buses with malfunctioning AC, limited if any free time, because of lack of time management we were always rushed and getting yelled at by tour director, I am not sure whether the poor time management/planning was our tour guide’s doing or EF Tours corporate. I am guessing a bit of both. it was too expensive for such a poor quality trip.

Such amazing experience to be able to travel with no worries. Just enjoy the time together. Being able to by-pass the lines. Our tour guide was on point with everything.
Definitely too many cities to cover in the small amount of time we had. Felt constantly rushed especially when we only had one night in some cities.

I enjoyed our experience. The worst part of the trip was the first day. Not so much EF's fault. Traffic in London was horrible. We missed London Eye. We were supposed to receive a refund for missing this. Rest of trip was very enjoyable.
Awesome Trip!!!
I enjoyed seeing the sights in London, Paris, Rome, and more. I would recommend this tour company for anyone that wants to see the best of Europe.
Unappetizing and disappointing meals that were nothing like what was expected, unorganized and rude tour guide, no time for free time to walk around as we pleased. I will not be touring with EF ever again and I will warn everyone I know against taking a trip with this company

We had an incredible trip! Our tour guide Tomasso was amazing, as were our tour guides in London and Paris. Les Miserables in London and the Food Tour in Milan were highlights. The tiramisu cooking class was also incredible!
Exciting trip to Europe! Very fast paced, only negative thing is there was not enough free time scheduled in. Looking forward to the next trip!
