Great itinerary and many opportunities at each stay
Barcelona was the perfect finale to our trip—vibrant, artistic, and full of life! From strolling down La Rambla to exploring Park Güell and admiring Gaudí’s masterpieces, every moment was unforgettable. Our guided tour brought the city’s history to life, and our tour director made sure everything ran smoothly. A beautiful end to an amazing journey!
We had a wonderful trip!
This itinerary was a great combination of historical and contemporary Spain. There was a good balance of free time with planned guides/visits. Even the bus ride through the countryside was enjoyable. One of the hotels we stayed at had a beautiful view of the Monserrat mountains.
It was a fast-paced, beautifully designed trip, but get ready for some sightseeing! Bring your walking shoes because the weather is perfect and so are the streets. And the food! The food is better than I imagined it would be. I am from Louisiana and know what good food is, but you won’t be prepared for the markets in Madrid and Barcelona! Divine creations❤️

Good experience, beautiful memories.
Excellent experience, did not think I'd like the structured program and tour bus, but there was plenty of free time and all of the details were taken care of, which gave more free time while reducing stress. It was enjoyable and educational.
Great trip!
1. Hotel accommodations were clean but FAR from our destination. We spent more than an hour ONE way to and from Madrid and Barcelona. 2. Key tours not booked timely, resulting in scramble to get something else in place or asking parents to pay extra to get them booked. Royal Palace NOT booked and replaced with food from various places. La Sagrada, NOT booked, we paid out of pocket for it. Hospital tour not booked and we just had a beach day. It felt like the KEY details were missed a LOT of the time when booking. 3. Food at the restaurants was meh - not necessarily experiencing the culture. Our tour guide was great, but the missed opportunities and time on the bus and the scrambling for us to book on our own was a NIGHTMARE!
It was a great trip overall. This was the fifth time traveling with EF and didn't know what to do with so much free time in most cities. The quality of tour directors remains exceptional. I'm already looking at my next EF trip in 2026.
