It was an excellent STEM experience. Our tour director (Yamauchi Yutaka [Yu-san]) was awesome. The only drawback was the program was cut short by a day due to American Airlines maintenance issues. I was expecting greater direct involvement from EF to correct the problem. However, I was the primary agent correcting the problem. Our TD, Yu-san, worked hard to get many of the missed event due to the loss of a day back into our schedule.
