Great experience!!
Loved our guide she was great. We seen and learned a great deal. A lot of walking it was hot but I prefer the walking seeing the building seeing is what I paid to do. Guide could have walked a little slower though. There was a man in a wheelchair in our tour and that was the only downside we had to hunt him and wait on him and barely seen the colosseum.
Great educational trip for your children. N
Rome was spectacular! We saw the ruins and the Coliseum...ate at great restaurants and took our iconic pictures at the Trevi fountain. In Perugia, we saw a city carved out of greatness. Great history and friendly shop owners made you feel like an honored guest. The chocolate tasting demonstration was so memorable. Perugia was great for my travel group to explore and enjoy.
This was my first trip to Italy, and EF made it a very organized, educational experience. Our hotels were great, the tours were great, all very safe! We loved our tour guide, Antonio, and all of the other tour guides during the trip. Would use EF again for sure!
We had a wonderful time. Traveling with EF tours made our trip smooth and unforgettable in the best way.
Had a great time
The experience was amazing from start to finish! So much history to take in and breathtaking views!
Perugia was my daughter’s favorite. She loved her trip and the lead teacher/guide on the trip was a good communicator and truly cared about our kids’ safety. The tours were fun and the trip was well organized.
My son and I experience was great! Time well spent exploring and enjoying our visit. Thanks to our tour guide Marco.
I enjoyed the free time Away from the planned activities
Fun, educational
My daughter enjoyed the location, and have put a desire for her to want to study aboard in college. Downhill was the lack of communication from EF Tours to our Group Leader. The meals that are included, the student does not get to pick their meal, but it is choosen for them. EF Tours told us the day before leaving out that dress code was required for some of the locations, along with not getting an actual itinerary until 12 hours before flying out. The tour guide she had rush them through the tours and sightseeing. Mediocre experience.
Wonderful balance between the big city of Rome and smaller towns like Perugia and Assisi! Only 3 hours tops on any given day of bus time and a late morning start or two was welcome! My students loved seeing every day life in smaller towns and more freedom to wander during free time in a smaller, safer environment than Ron’s for half the trip.
She a wonderful time seen sight of Rome
My daughter loved her trip to Rome/Perugia! The guide was nice and they had a great experience and a lot of opportunity to see many sites.
Rome was beautiful and our Tour Director was the Best! The students learned so so so so much and had a great time!
Fabio, our tour director made the trip and excellent one. The itineraries were great and informative. Everything from food to transportation were excellent. My only comment will be not to expect luxury accommodation, but the rest will make your trip an unforgettable experience for your kid.
Aweful food, no food options, tour guide was grouchy if you were late, threatening to leave us behind. A child became ill and still had to go on the tours lying on the ground because she couldn't stop throwing up and she couldn't stand up. My daughter did not enjoy the trip, the hotels were mediocre. No more trips with EF for us.
