Great little trip to Rome and Umbria! We hit the ground running in Rome, and saw several famous landmarks on the first day. Our tour director, Fabio, was even able to make time so we could see Vatican City (he was awesome!). It was HOT the first day, which is obviously outside of EF’s control, but I don’t think I’d go back to Rome in July. My students’ favorite activity was hiking Marmore Falls, and their favorite city was Perugia. Perugia wasn’t even on my radar before this trip, but I absolutely fell in love. It’s not so touristy, prices are lower, and it’s incredibly charming and beautiful. Our hotel was wonderful there, probably way above EF’s standard. I would absolutely go back. Our only negative experiences on this trip were, again, the heat, the first hotel outside Rome (poor maintenance, A/Cs out), and the three flights there and back (on our way over, we had to go through TSA again at JFK after two domestic flights- it was a mess!). Otherwise, I would 100% recommend this tour!

Where are you free and stress-free travel! Everything was set up perfectly from the bus, to the flight, to the guides. How are hotels and meals were spot on and everything was just picture perfect. Could not be happier with EF!
It was very fun. I loved it a lot.
It was a great experience for my daughter to explore other country in different aspects and culture. Although the price of travel has been expensive. I would like to have other opportunities for my daughter to continue to travel with EF.
Refunds are almost impossible from my experience and the reviews I've read.

Wonderful
This trip was super fun and really a wonderful experience. We had a great time and everyone is asking when the next trip is happening!
There is so much history to see in Rome, but being in the countryside was by far our favorite part! All the chocolate didn’t hurt either ;)
Trip was fun, prefixed menu was not so good. Being forced to eat the same thing everyday kinda sucks. Having options would have been better.
Overall a fantastic experience!
The sites and tours were amazing!! However, our first hotel was not up to par. The hotels first the rest of the trip were great! Our tour guide, Vania, was kind, patient and so incredibly knowledgeable. The individual guides for specific venues were fantastic. The overall trip to Rome and Perugia was spectacular!
It was a nice trip to see all the cool things in Rome, but the jewel is Perugia. It is quaint but busy and offers the kids so much to see and enjoy. We added two days to Florence and that capped our four off perfectly.
