We loved our tour director! She worked really hard to be sure we had a good experience and were informed about the places we were going to see. She was fun to work with. We learned so much and Italy is beautiful! We were also happy to have time to explore on our own. However travel on the first day was terrible! We had two very long domestic layovers before our international flight. When landing in Italy we had a three hour bus ride. This made for 27 hours of travel before seeing sights. It was rough. We spent so much time on the bus driving between cities. We are also disappointed by the several nights we ate at the hotel versus eating in the city. These meals were subpar and disappointing. Even the night we ate at the restaurant in Florence it was baked chicken and potatoes not what you normally think of as Italian cuisine. But overall we had a good time and made memories to last a lifetime.
Max is awesome!!
excellent my son really enjoyed his trip
My child enjoyed every minute of the trip, came back home very tired but very happy!!!
Our tour guide Andrea and bus driver Vince was great and amazing. Places was good and enjoyed it very much. All though its a lot of walking and such a fast pace that we did not really soaked and enjoy as much of each places. Not a lot of free time either to go shopping or check out the place.
Need better Airplane arrangement, better located hotels and available food specially for their breakfast options.

It was the best decision we could ever make as a family. Anna Maria was extremely patient with our group and she was very knowledgeable about every location. 10 out of 10!!!
My son got to explore these places. Ad long he happy that all matter
Not planned out well at all. We missed a lot

Mimmo made our experience in Italy unforgettable. The sights, history, food, people were exceptional and it's an experience every kid should have
Days seem to be overscheduled with lots of bus time and little time for shopping and exploring. Most is the dinners were at the hotel and it was not good quality food. My daughter was offered an apple as a vegetarian meal! Which is absolutely ridiculous to me especially considering the amount of money that we paid for this trip. The trip was safe however, I do appreciate that. The tours of the museums were good from what I’ve been told.
The places we toured were great. The hotels and food was horrible.

Outstanding on every front. Itineraries included so many amazing sights and experiences. Local guides were wonderful - knowledgeable but also great with kids. Even though everyday was packed with travel and sightseeing, there was also good free time. Would absolutely recommend again! And of course our teachers and chaperones and kids were wonderful.
Our child was very pleased with all the different experiences offered with the trip. Though Pope Benedict passed while they were in flight to Rome causing some parts of the Vatican to be unavailable, our child was given the historic opportunity of going to the Pope’s visitation in person. As a Catholic it was such a special moment to be there beside him to say goodbye.
Amazing experience! Once in a lifetime opportunity!
Rome was fantastic.
It has completely transformed my boys outlook on the world and the role they play in it. I am so thankful for the opportunity, it was life shaping!
One star is too many. It was too many things packed into too few days. With cheap and uncomfortable lodging. You are unable to choose options of food, and most of it is as cheap as the lodging.

Her trip of teens was combined with a trip of older people. The older people were constantly complaining that the teens were talking too much and were rude. My child has dietary restrictions that I was assured would be handled but they weren’t. Many nights she couldn’t eat the dinners that I had already paid for. They were rushed through their tours by their extremely rude tour guide.
