The delays and inconvenience of flight status causing the group stress and two days of misoppounity. Lack vegetarian food options. Hotels booked four hrs away from airport. EF should work on direct flights or getting international flights information and on it can affect multiple situations.

My daughter enjoyed every single thing about her trip. Her teacher was a great company and helped her a lot on everything. And she loves that
I believe all the places were great!!! But hotels not so much. Some. Of the rooms were dirty, shower gave either ice cold water or boiling hot water. Not fun! I had a twin bed in one hotel that the mattress was an inch thick with metal bars underneath. Yes I felt every bar! I think we needed to stay closer to the city to be able to go out and about. The ocean was great plus! I did like eating breakfast at hotel but I think supper should be on our own. We were in Italy!!! Let’s us eat in the city! There wasn’t enough time to shop or just hang out. Again, the places were saw were top!! I also wished all 44 of us flew together! You had two years knowing we were going and were separated. Spending 9 hours in a Dallas airport not fun with $15 to eat on. Yes I spent plenty of money in the states. Let us be in Paris for 9 hours. We could have went out and about. Didn’t like I couldn’t pick my seating. I get keeping everyone together but you didn’t, some flew hours apart.
Our tour guide Christian made the trip fun and knowledgeable. The sites were amazing and beautiful.
We loved traveling to the various cities.
Italy was amazing. A fast paced trip, but so worth every penny spent.
Tour Director was wonderful! Bus driver was great as well. Only complaint is the accommodations- last one was extremely rough condition and dirty.
Company was great but we lost the tour guide and got a ticket but otherwise great experience
The food at the hotels was horrible! The third hotel had mice! I can’t get anyone to help me with my incident and reimbursement process.
Exciting and educational. A perfect balance.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it. Our knowledgeable TD was amazing. He went above and beyond for us.
Overall, it was great experience. I’m glad they plan in advance and give the option for parents to make payments. I would definitely do it again. It was also easy to just call and update my rooming to be able to room with my daughter. The tour guide was very helpful, easy to communicate and consistent.
My child was verbally abused by her chaperone several times and physically abused by other children without the chaperone Isabelle Frakey warning the kids etc. My child called crying that she wasn't happy over there and wish she is at home. She was fine $50 all because of the chaperone's carelessly of not letting them pay for bus tickets, and left my child to go to wherever alone to pay her ticket fine without any adult supervision. Other chaperones from Virginia were the ones that spoke for my child. This was so unfair and the promise of EF tours refund the money has not been successful either. I am sad but I can't let my child travel with EF tours when I know that her safety is not their priority.
Every was Great
I did not go- my daughter did, but everything from paying for the trip, updates on what to do next, and flight information provided by EFtours, was perfect. Everything was so easy. She had a wonderful time. We only wish the trip had been longer. I think venice was a bit of a blur from the jet lag, but still educational and fun.
Venice is amazing but Florence will always be my favorite. Not quite as busy as Rome but big enough to continue to be interesting. People are so kind
A lot of activities grouped into one trip. Overall, a good experience. Food on the trip was less than memorable as guides had no idea what a vegetarian eats. Tours were very touristy often ending in a souvenir shop. Fine experience… just could be so much better.
A Great and once in a lifetime opportunity for high schoolers and their family to enjoy another country while learning.
The places we went were all the hotspots. We had the perfect amount of time to explore. Great location.
I enjoyed my time, i was able to treat it as more of a solo trip not feeling bad about being alone. I had contact with both my group leader and guide not once worrying about anything negative.
