I've seen some mixed reviews and I've been a little skeptical at the first, but one thing I can say, for the Anarchy Online, these guys are pros. Every credit transaction done instantly, item obtained amazingly fast. When it comes to communication, they keep their words maybe a little tight, but doing the job that they do, I have nothing to say but the compliments. Highly recommended.

I have used this service a few times. The prices are average but the service has always been sub par; waiting times always longer than expected, communication blunt to the point of rudeness.
So I was waiting around in game for a delivery, as usual waiting longer than I was supposed to. I'm looking at their website that says "Delivery Within 30 Mins Guaranteed"- so I thought I'd call them on it! Below is a transcription of the dialogue between the support operator and myself:

So there we have it, this comes straight from a company representative - their "Guarantee" is officially worthless and they make no apology for the service they provide which actually fails their own expectations!

Diamond was a very rude person not friendly at all! They might have better prices but my other seller was a lot more customer friendly. In the end I got a refund but his last comments came across threatening. So I’ve been expecting my account to get banned like that other person stated happened in his review.

Great customer service. A little bit pricey but you get your order a lot quicker than with other companies.

used them 3 times in total
first time order took several hours even though advertised delivery in 30 min
2nd time refund even though they were still advertising in game
3rd time refund even though there still advertising in game
gone back to my normal supplier even though the prices advertised are cheaper they have not completed the orders my normal supplier charges about a few bucks more but at least they deliver

Delivery Time:

98% orders are delivered within 15-30mins of being placed. Some orders can take up to 1-12 hours to complete, But this is not the norm. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer service if you have any questions about the delivery process.

I keep texting this Diamond guy about the purchase. and he said no supplier available.after 24hrs, the purchase is done. BUT, a day later, my account got banned!! from as far as i know, there's no way that the gm know about this transaction without egpal telling them. so stupid

Wish I knew the steps beforehand to be verified so I could get my order processed easier but in the end the live chat helper "Diamond" was very patient and I was able to receive my products almost immediately after being verified.

Always have what I want and delivery is a snap.
