Very shifty, I made my order and received an Email to come into live chat where someone named GUS asked for my order number what I gave as expected, and there it should have been done with, however when I gave him the order number he then asked me to take screenshots of my paypal and email them. I asked them if this was necessary, to which gus replayed "yes to confirm your payment" and I responded asking if there was another method of confirmation to which he practically replyed, No. I then asked for a refund as this method of verification can potentially risk my bank account and they sent a refund within ten minutes with no issue.

Overall this is a very suspicious method that scammers use to steal peoples bank accounts I do not trust this at all and verification could have been easily done from their end and a screenshot is not necessary. I am not sure if this is a company issue of simply a step out of line from this GUS fellow but overall if you are ever asked for screenshots of your paypal, never do it simple as that. For this reason I give Egpal the 2/5 I was rather generous with the score due to a quick and easy refund.
