They are extremely fair and trustworthy. I had an issue with a purchase I made, it was a mistake on my part, and they worked to help me out, although they didn’t have to. Aside from my own mistake, I’ve never had any issues with Egpal. I always receive my order within the hour. I highly recommend for buy in game currency.

legit website said 30min garauntee, i got online, didnt know i had to reply to email, but when i did, it was only like 10mins! actually good, im surprised!

And tells me to refund so i said ill wait and then i waited 30 mins and came back and repeat then this "SAM" guy on chat support was RUDE and selfish even telling em to be quick with my order due to having RL and then he refunds my order after giving him BAD review .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER

Hats off to these guys, I've been doing business with this company over 4 years. They are trustworthy and smooth on delivery. But they don't have a VIP rank or coupons. I hope I will get discount coupon cause I would spend big bucks every week for my favorite game. I will be continued support your guys.

I say they are wrong, they always deliver and for some reason if they can't they mail me letting me know. Perfect middle man, I love this site and the work they do to provide for gamers.

The company by no means responds within their promised 30 minutes. They also require excessive identification information. They required a screenshot of my paypal transaction details. However, more concerning they wanted a picture of my credit card and photo identification. This was not a credit card transaction. I would caution anyone who is considering using this site, it is not worth the potential risks. I gave them two stars because they did refund my transaction.

The website clearly states 98% of deliveries within 15-30 mins.
That all transactions will be done face to face.

6 hours after placing my order I was told 2-12 hours is normal and that the trade would be done over the Auction House.

They were very polite but the website is misleading, however they did promptly refund me when asked.

Not only you get a fast response from EgPal after your purchase, but they take the time to verify your identity to protect you and them. You see, in the digital age, companies hardly even try to have that one-on-one business-customer relationship. But, EgPal is different. They take the time to contact you via email and often times they will give you a call to speak with you. This is a great company and I truly love their verification process, although some might find it annoying. Overall, EgPal is as legit as you can get.

The only reason why I'm giving this company 2 stars instead of one is because they refunded my order (very slowly and at their convenience).

I placed an order for roughly $50 worth for a game and waited 12 hours and there was no delivery.

I saw some negative reviews about this site, but in my experience it is very good. I bought some keys, the price was reasonable, about mid range, and I received my order within minutes. I asked some questions over live chat and they were answered very quickly.
