I traveled through your company and your representative Reha helped us a lot to make our journey wonderful and I’m really glad and grateful for all the services provided by you guys.

Hi, I just wanted to say that this company have been so easy to deal with. In particular, Serah Peters was an excellent support and very thorough with all the details and information. I would recommend them highly for ease of booking ,clarity of information and support. Most especially the agent Serah Peters whom I dealt with.

We have been dealing with Reeha at Egypt Escapes she is very polite, very very patient, very informative ... this has been a long process which started initially in Sept 2024 which then had to be put on pause due to family illness ... restarted the process last week, and after many phone calls and quotes, we have finally booked the dream Cairo/Nile Cruise holiday ... Reeha has shown incredible amount of patience ... many thanks for all the help given. I had specifically asked to deal with Reeha due her incredibly patient and friendly nature.

The transfers company HOPPAGO was very poor in Cairo The international number given to ring was a complete waste of time as it never got connected.
The driver couldn’t speak a word of English so couldn’t communicate to him at all.
Wasted nearly 90 minutes looking for him.
Jasmine Palace described as 5 star doesn’t meet any where near to the standard one can expect equally the Royal Viking cruise although pleasant was again never was 5 star as described while purchasing the package.
I feel the service needs a proper and close reevaluation.
The admin was brilliant on each occasion when contacted about issues and responded promptly.

Sarah was amazing, not happy at being charged over £1 a minute on the 0844 number when it tells you it is 7p per minute

Another good holiday to Egypt thanks. Nile cruise with full excursions that were amazing. We stayed on the MS Royal Viking which is an amazing Nile cruise boat that has all outside cabins with Nile view full length sliding door and balcony. Can’t wait to go back.

Rooms in hotel not clean, floors were not swept. Found a dirty sock in my bed.

The booking process was a nightmare, numerous errors and a lot of work to contact and correct. Upon arrival in Luxor we were not met by a rep. they missed us and we had to get a local taxi ( interesting experience). we did get refunded for cost. Our guide, the boat and the excursions were good.

I phoned Egypt escapes for a quote, the lady I spoke to, Susan Wilson, was absolutely fantastic, she understood what I wanted as a single traveller, she had my quote ready in as little as 5 minutes, emailed it to me, I told her I had to think about the price and she told me that was fine, (no bullying to buy the holiday) I came back a few days later after sorting some things out and paid the deposit.

I recommend people book with Egypt escapes for their holidays to Egypt.

Very easy to talk to lve phoned them on more than one occasion to get confirmation / advice on various aspects of the trip now just waiting To go can't wait

We had a holiday that surpassed all of our expectations, something that has never happened to me before. there was only one real hiccup, a transfer not turning up but the transport company quickly put that right. there could have been better information on the Nile cruise itinerary which was not fully confirm until we arrived on the boat. I would thoroughly recommend the MS Royal Viking and Sun Travel who did the work on the ground in Egypt. We all had a fantastic time, well worth the money.

I dealt with Judy to book my Nile cruise. She has been absolutely fantastic with the booking process. She has gone above and beyond to get me the best deal. She even worked on her day off to help me achieve this. I am so grateful for this. I hope that she is appreciated as a member of the team. She is a real credit to the establishment and I hope that this gets recognised. She’s been polite, kind, knowledgable and honest. So far - it’s been a real pleasure dealing with Judy. I’m really looking forward to my Nile cruise!

ARRIVED IN CAIRO, THREE HOURS DELAYED INCLUDING 3/4 HOUR WAITING FOR BAGGAGE ON CONVEYOR BELT. THIS WAS UNFORSEEN BUT MY TRANSFER WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. THIS WAS 12.30 AM.HAD TO TAKE A TAXI TO HOTEL ATA COST OF £30.00.ARRIVED AT HOTEL AT ABOUT 1.30AM. TRIED TO CONTACT SUN INTERNATIONAL BUT THERE WAS NO REPLY.
HAD A EXCURSION AT 9.00AM NEXT MORNING SO GOT UP EARLY TO CONTACT THEM.THIS WAS SUNDAY 12TH JANUARY. HOTEL MANAGER CONTACTED SUN INTERNATIONAL AND RECIEVED A TXT AFTER LOOKING INTO IT SAYING ONLY TRANSFER TO HURGHADA WAS ARRANGED FOR ME.I HAD A FLIGHT TO CATCH AT 1.30 MONDAY FROM CAIRO TO LUXOR AND SO BOOKED A TAXI FROM HOTEL TO CAIRO AIRPORT AT ANOTHER COST OF £26.00.ALL THESE TIMES WERE WHEN HEAD OFFICE LONDON WERE CLOSED SO HAD NO CHOICE.
WHEN AT CAIRO AIRPORT PHONED HELP DESK LONDON WHO ASSURED ME MY TRANSFERS FROM LUXOR TO MS VIKING. LUXOR TO HURGARDA AND HURGARDA HOTEL TO HURGARDA AIRPORT WERE CONFIRMED.THIS WAS CONFIRMED BY E-MAIL.
I FOUND THIS EXPERIENCE DISTRESSING AND MADE ME VERY ANXIOUS AS I POTENTIALLY COULD MISS MY CONNECTIONS JEPORDISING THE REST OF MY HOLIDAY AND ALSO OUT OF POCKET BY £46.00 POUNDS.
BEFORE HAND I PHONED THE HELPDESK ABOUT MY TRANSFERS AS I DID NOT HAVE TRANSFER VOUCHERS FOR SOME OF MY TRANSFERS BUT WAS ASSURED THIS WAS NORMAL AND WAS ASSURED NOT TO WORRY.
THE ACCOMODATION, MS VIKING AND HOTELS WERE SUPERB, PITY THIS WAS OVERSHADOWED BY THE WORRY OVER TRANSFERS.

Egypt Escapes contacted me to understand the circumstances of the failed transfers and improve their service.Following this, I was promptly refunded for out-of-pocket expenses incurred, and they apologised for any inconvenience. Rob was very understanding, and I would recommend Egypt Escapes. The transfers were out of their hands.
The rest of the holiday went smoothly and the guide was brilliant. A really great way to explore Egypt.

We had promised ourselves a Nile Cruise years ago, we finally were able to go in early January and we weren't disappointed. Sereh Peters from Egypt Escapes was professional, patient, knowledgeable and so helpful as it was the first holiday we'd booked in quite a few years. The Steigenburger Legacy and it's crew was lovely, and our fantastic Eygptologist/ guide Ahmed on the cruise was organised, friendly and knew anything and everything needed. Always clear, on time, making every excursion fascinating and exceeding our expectations. Transfers were no issue and organised. The second week at the Kaisol Romance in Hurghada was equally perfect. Relaxation is the aim and the ambience is perfect.. the staff in the hotel were terrific. Svetlana the hotel guest liason was helpful with any information needed. Clean, well run, the food was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend every aspect of this fabulous holiday. Julie & Dave Lewis

Absolutely the best and easiest holiday I have ever booked, Gary found exactly what I asked for, nothing more nothing less. Perfect interaction, not at all hurried and no pressure.

We have just booked a Nile Cruise followed by a beach stay and were very impressed with the help and organisation of Susan Wilson, who followed up on all our requests promptly, making the whole experience of booking a pleasure.

Avoid like the plague!! Didn't get what I booked and paid for. Tried to reason with them but excuse after excuse. Be very careful if you plan to use them? Overall POOR.
