2 years of Flooding 2 years no central heat and Xmas - Jan 4 2024 until I had to evacuate .. and everything was ruined.. Then had to stay in hotel on my own expense… and no compensation/ no service.. Constant service charges.. And recently a neighbors cat almost killed me and continues to stalk me … I have sent message for help.. I maintain as much as I can do myself ..
If something better comes up i am definitely looking.. I lost 3 weeks work and needed surgery from this animal attacking me.. crickets from housing

Seniors are getting kicked out from their houses to make room for asylum seekers. Rapists and criminals are being placed right next to you. That's what you get from Eigen Haard

Absolutely terrible services, been waiting since December to fix mold and problems with windows frames leaking,still no answer.

I'm seeking legal action now, it is this bad, 1 star is too much.

I had already wrote a review over my experience in urgent case repair request now this is the last update over my problem with Eigen Haard.
After I received email from Eigen Haard said "We have nothing to do with your problem because we have solve it and for the damage we are sorry for that and you can use house insurance and sorry for your free hours taken from your work"
Later I've request neutral middle party "Huurcommissie"
They came checked the damaged after 2 months to to get the repair done because of leakage copper pipe from the ceiling.
After around 10 days I got the their report said
"We don't see any dereliction from Eigen haard because eventually they fix the issue in reasonable time".
In other hands over your free working hours I had to take it from work to be present in every appointment with the craftsman or supervisor ect.. "in total 20 hours" this we can't reduce the rent just for that reason.

In both way I didn't take my right and was it injustice I will say why down below:

In the decision the reason is the repair have been done in reasonable time of recover the leakage.
(Repair requested in 2-2-22 the repair finished in 23-3-22) in their perspective that is reasonable time of fixing urgent case which is damaged the wooden shelfs and the floor laminate.
They ignored the neglecting and slow action made from Eigen haard what that makes the leakage damaged,
I have to replace all this damaged from my own work hours and my energy, even this will be covered by insurance but the point is this can be avoid it if they did their work properly before that time and damaged stuff.
When I asked for compensation for my free hours mentioned above they said there is nothing to do with that depending on the reasonable time of fixing my complains of leakage in the ceiling.
They ignore why this copper pipe still exist or is not closed with cups from both side to not reuse it again.
They blaming my neighbor who lives above me had some repair done in her house and the plumber did connect the faucet in this pipe while Eigen haard said this old pipe and not in use anymore.
I'm kindly asking to collect as possible as we can of signatures with neglecting repair requesting cases that they have to deal with in as urgently but they did the fixing eventually but they could do avoid damaged stuff.
If any one would participate and collect this case to the claim to judge they might get serious problem and we might get some of compensation we deserve.
Why I'm asking to do it as group because they will listen and comply more than individual case like my case.
For example In my case if I wanna escalate to the court the compensation I'm fighting for will be not enough to do this effort because I might pay more than what I will get but still for me even around 230 Euro can do something for me and this is my right already. Now I can at make objection for the decision from Huurcommissie and I lost money and still need to replace the damaged stuff.
Sorry for long story but worth to sop injustice from this type of company they use their power to escape their insufficient work for tenants.

Eigen haard does not care about the people. They renovated my house terribly and now I have a mouse problem in my house because they didn’t close the walls good. And they can’t even help me.

Bad experience from day one.
They never reply to requests unless I block my bank account to stop monthly payments. Every single time.

After saying there was no increase planned for the monthly racket, they increased it by 47% two months after I guy the flat.

It is not possible to get them to even answer emails, you need to spend hours on their stupid phone tree, just to be told 'you should have send an email' (which I did numerous time and never get an answer).

I guess I ll go block my bank account again now as it is the only way to get their attention.

What a terrible company. I regret buying my flat solely because I have to deal with them.
