Bought two sofas for around €4,500

Bought two sofas for around €4,500. The quality of the sofa is very disappointed in. I have now fallen through the bottom of the couch 3 times. The repair is covered by warranty, but I've had enough of it.
In addition, the backrest is not heavy enough to sit against.
The retailer does not offer a satisfactory solution.

Sofa quality not what it used to be

My £4000 sofa has lost its firmness and the seating area has gone completely soft after just 2 years' use. You sink down when sitting on it. The dealer refuses to help. These sofas are not what they used to be.

Eilersen contacted me after my poor rating and I responded.
After that I have not heard anything from Eilersen.
I must therefore conclude that they do not care about their customers after the product has been delivered.
Bad CRM.
