I ordered two sets of Silhouette Cocktail Glasses from Bolia on 31 March 2026 and paid extra for express delivery (£10) and gift wrapping (£4). Around two and a half weeks later, only one of the two sets arrived. There was no gift wrapping, and the delivery was clearly not "express" — it took roughly 18 days.
I contacted customer service after the first 8 days with no parcel in sight. The reply was essentially "the package is stuck at customs, please wait", with no proactive follow-up, no offer to refund the express or gift-wrapping fees I'd paid for services that weren't delivered, and no information about the second set, which still hasn't arrived.
The glasses themselves look lovely, but paying a premium for express delivery and gift wrap and then receiving a late, partial, unwrapped order — and having to chase it yourself — is a poor experience. I'm hoping Bolia will resolve this properly, but right now it's hard to recommend their delivery and customer service to anyone ordering from the UK.

Ordered a Cosima sleep sofa (sovesofa) - when it was delivered the sofa was defective and cannot be used as a sleep sofa. Bolia offered to send someone out to look at it but that took several weeks due to low availability of the person coming out who very quickly said this was a production error but it still took another 2-3 weeks after that to be able to figure out a solution with the customer service team. Customer service both in store and online have consistently been very pleasant to deal with but also very slow to respond / need to be followed up with.
The sofa is now being replaced with a further wait time of 6 weeks and Bolia offered to refund ~5% as an apology. So it will be approximately 3 months after the sofa was agreed to be delivered that I should hopefully finally have the item again.
All in all, not a good experience, and disappointing given the high cost - would probably not buy a bigger item from them again.

Been to the shop 3 times. Still havent received my order. 3 times I have been told the order was ready to be picked up. 3 times items have been missing from the order. Very poor customer service. Original order was placed 4 months ago…. Don't order from there unless you are very patient

I have ordered 3 orders from Bolia:
1. 5 lamps
2. 2 sofa tables in marble (expensive)
3. one sofa and two chairs
So out of the 5 lamps 2 were broken.
The marble on the big sofa table was cracked in the middle on delivery
The sofas with delivery daye before Christmas are still not delivered.
The issue is that there is no quality control before shipping expensive goods to their customers. And the "expensive" lamps where almost 50% were broken seems to be cheap stuff from Asia sold expensive.
Even IKEA has better routines to secure quality than Bolia. Never again.

Vi contacted the customer service because the rubbish band we have on our extendable table was broken.
Mathlide from the customer service was super nice to help eventhough i was not able to provide our reciept (coz we bought it 9 yrs old). She was able to identify the brand and ordered the replacement for us.
Very happy with the efter sales service.

The customer service was amazing from start to finish! I emailed ahead to book an appointment, and when I arrived, all the samples were already prepared for me. The Assistant Manager was fantastic—she showed me different colors, sizes, and materials, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for based on the inspiration photo I had sent. I placed my order a week later with a Sales Associate, and the experience was just as wonderful. She was so nice and friendly, and we had a lovely chat about the items and shipping everything to my home. Overall, an excellent and seamless experience—highly recommend this store!
