We had a product delivered broken. Unfortunate. Waited a month for it to be redelivered. Broken again in the exact same way. We're now waiting another month for them to try again.
It's a tabletop that is a 1 inch thick piece of stone, not something that breaks easily. Clearly their material or packaging is defective.
And absolutely zero remorse or apologies on their side. Try to market themselves as a more luxury brand but save your money and go elsewhere.

A 14.000 DKK cabinet that is hardly used and malfunctions within 5 years, just after the warranty expired.
Instead of helping to fix the problem, I got told that there is a campaign where you get 30% on everything.
As a company that embodies sustainability, this is everything but a sustainable approach.
Poor customer support and bad quality.

The fabric of the 4.000 EUR couch we bought looked really used after 3 (!) months. The sales manager in the store admitted that this in not acceptable. However, customer care agent I talked to said that it shouldn’t be exposed to sunlight. It is standing next to a wall without sunlight. This is a big disappointment!

Staff was friendly, but service was slow. Seems there were very few staff for the sales week. I couldn’t pay at the register because the system seemed to be down - even if others were paying. The assistant asked me to pay on line. So, since the 4G had poor coverage inside, I had to go outside, in the cold, until my phone could get coverage - to pay.

I hoped I could give this store 5 stars. Their products look amazing and are of good quality. In store the employees are very friendly and helpful. When we decided to order our new couch here one of the reasons that convinced us was the fast delivery they promised. Four weeks! Right before Christmas. "That would be great" we thought. Having the family over for Christmas we were convinced this was the right choice. How disappointed we were when we heard yesterday the the delivery is postponed until the first week of January! But it's getting worse, not even 24 hours later I get another new delivery dat in the second week of January! No couch potatoing during Christmas break. They could have, would have, should have. But they didn't. That's a bummer. Let's hope Bolia will keep to its new delivery date. It's not the end of the world. But maybe they could be a bit more cautious with their promises of fast delivery. Customer care just promised me to pay for the delivery costs as well as a discount on my next purchase. Depending the aftercare I will reconsider my rating on Trustpilot.
I promised to reconsider my rating depending the aftercare. And the aftercare is good. One element of the couch we bought had to be changed. This was done quickly and I was updated on the status regularly. Happy couching from now on! Thanx Bolia

Ordered a sofa in store on their design sale, only got half of it delivered. I just don’t understand how disoriented you have to be to believe that a customer wants a half sofa. They even asked me on the phone if I was sure I had not ordered half a sofa. No help from the store I ordered from, they just forwarded me to their customer service, who told me I had to wait another month for the other half. I repeatedly asked them to check if there was something wrong with the shipping, because it’s just too crazy that they had manufactured half a sofa and thought “yep, that seems about right”. The following week I got a phone call from bolia where they had found the other half in a warehouse…

I ordered 5 items online and got an sms after 2 days telling me I could pick up 4 of these 5 items.
We are 2 weeks later now and I am still waiting for the confirmation to come pick up the 5th item. In the store in Antwerp, my pickup place, nobody was able to tell me when the 5th item will be available.

Very good products but delivery was messy. One suspension was not delivered along with the the table and the other suspension we had ordered. I had asked for them to deliver it to the shop so that I can pick it up faster. Instead they sent it through UPS directly at my place, which took longer. When I called to try to fix this, I couldn't talk to the shop and was directed to a voice message which was recorded in danish... Not great customer service for a brand of this category.

Ordered two times Bolia products:
First a damaged product was delivered, so I had to talk to customer service and wait a few more weeks. This would not be possible if they would check their products before packaging (what I expected on premium high price products)
Second time the date of delivery was postponed multiple times , so a few more calls to customer service … very annoying! I am still waiting for the product and paid already 6 weeks ago!

The site was easy to navigate and that made the selection of furniture items straightforward. The actual product, an armchair, had plenty of choice around configuration and materials and colours. The overall price was reasonable and the delivery date realistic and acceptable. Immediate confirmation and good follow up on the order details.
