Poor customer service. Their staff knowledge on the product is very little. They either don’t want to support or they don’t have any knowledge on their product.

I have several furnitures from Bolia: Dining table, bar chairs, TV mobler and Shelves. I got in to aproblem with the bar chairs from the start. One of the lateral supporting leg fell off and when i wrote to them sharing the issue, they sent someone to glue it. That helped only for a while and wrote to them again and they said they cannot support any replacement as they discontinued the design.
Now i have the same "discontinuation" issue with my dining table. The table supposed to be extended but i dont have the extension. i wrote them to help me find the right extension and buy. their answer was that it was discontinued. Fair enough and then i asked can i have tehexact dimension so i order a carpenter to make and i sent them a reminder and no responce.
There are two main issues
- their design are not long lasting and when it breaks, there is no proper support
-Their consideration for environment and recycling is non existance. instead of giving me the extension board dimension to keep the table, they expect me to scrap that and buy another one from them.
Please consider above points when buying from Bolia

Received an order of 3 big campa lamps and a nord bench, 1 lamp was broken, and the bench was missing the screws for the legs. We went to the store on the same day, at the store they told us to call customer service, they wrote us the number of customers service on a card, I called customer services immediately who said we needed to write an email, wrote an email and haven’t heard from customer service.
Now I have an electrician coming in Monday to put up the lamps, and I am missing a lamp with no plan.

I ordered a lamp, which didnt end up working out for the intended space, so I wished to send in a return as per return policy. I sent emails multiple times asking for support with regards to the returm.. And after the initial contact, there was no follow up.. it is impossible to get any support, very unprofessional!

Ordered 2 got a wrong one with wrong size, cannot change order as soon as i order it. Still waiting for the item, customer service is good but all show rooms carry same stuff so ordering different color like black wood have to be done before seeing, please carry different colors then just white and oil oak get some dark colors in the range

Our brand new sofa arrives and we immediately observe that when you sit on the lounge chair of the sofa there is sth wrong!!! The cushion was faulty with our back being too low and our legs very high! Imagine a gynecologist chair.
I immediately contacted customer service with the photos (see arrow photos) that show the big difference in height and the downward “slope” your body has to follow.
They were not convinced and refused to bring a new cushion to replace the faulty one suggesting to “adjust the inside ourselves” like you would do to an old weary sofa!!!! But “If we still insist, take extra photos with measurements”. For Bolia 5cm high difference of the chairselong is acceptable I guess… imagine how it feels like when you put yourself on it! an breakthrough of ergonomic furniture I guess…
We are saying goodbye to around 30.000 dkk (initial price was about 50.000) .. next time better with IKEA! At least they replace faulty items without making you feel cheap… 😞
Very disappointed from a brand that is advertised for its quality, ergonomic products with great design and a 10year guarantee… Unfortunately not the case, and too bad I only now read the reviews.

So I have already reported the first delivery of our 2000€ table that the delivery guys dropped and it rolled down our driveway and they wondered why I wouldn’t accept it? Second delivery today waited in all afternoon and evening, three texts saying on route and nothing, no phone calls , no table - the worst service ever

My experience in Reims was absolutely wonderful. The shop is beautiful and Manon was incredibly helpful without being pushy. I could not be more delighted with everything I have bought.

I don't speak Danish- I ordered some objects 9 days ago and the "tracking trace"has shown no movement of my order. I am still awaiting a reply from Bolia customer services after sending an email 2 days ago
