Bolia’s Service is a Nightmare
Bolia is the worst store I have ever interacted with, I’ve never had an experience even remotely close to this.
Initially, the store staff appeared friendly and competent, but once we placed our orders, everything went wrong. Bolia provided incorrect product details, resulting in major issues with our orders. Due to their errors, we had to cancel everything, yet they only processed a partial refund, leaving us several thousand euros short. Their customer service has been a joke - despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, their support team has been utterly useless. It’s unacceptable that Bolia has mishandled their mistakes and withheld our money, forcing us to contact customer service daily with little hope of success. After almost a month, Bolia refunded me.
I deeply regret the day I decided to enter this store.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a sofa via their stores in paris when the store told us their customer service in denmark was unreliable. Order delivery date was missed. Neither customer service nor store can determine where sofa is. If it was manufactures or even sent. To this day we spent over 5000 euros and have nothing to show for it but promises and a rediculous pathetic offer of 50 euros. The store blames their own customer service and none of them provide any information or solutions. An absolutely terrible experience which probably will result in a terrible sofa as well. Hard to have any faith in this company at all.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by Bolia. We purchased a chair from Bolia Sandvica, which broke after minimal use. I reported the issue on March 19th and despite repeated follow-ups, I have received no satisfactory resolution.
Bolia's response has been incredibly slow and irresponsible. They claimed to have contacted the manufacturer which is not my concern and have failed to provide any updates or take any meaningful action to address the issue. As a result, we are left without a functioning chair at home, causing inconvenience and discomfort for me and my family.
I expected better from a company like Bolia, but their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly appalling.
I urge potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Bolia. Thinking about the challenges they may face in seeking support from Bolia.

This table is not fit for purpose! I am so disappointed with my new table it was very expensive and the quality is terrible-it marks very easily and has already got a chip on the edge. The extension leaves are so hard to put in place and remove. Bolia are not a very good company to deal with-the customer service are not very helpful at all.I will never buy anything from this company again!

On top of all Bolia customer service is terrible, return policy 1 month after purchase and no other options offered. Bolia sofa is a lowest quality sofa I have ever seen, disguised with pretty pictures. Do not buy.

I ordered a vase from their website.
It showed up at my home in a waffer thin box, no cushioning on the inside, no 'Fragile' label on the outside; shattered to pieces.
Shipment and packaging is not their forte.
I expected better from this company.

I have to admit that their products are stylish and super pretty. However the quality IS NOT. We ordered the palm chairs that the shop assistant assured us they were made of solid walnut wood. Once we received them home we realised that is was just veneerd wood. During the same order we purchased their basic feather pillows for our couch. Again the shop assistant assured us that these feathers came from responsible sources and that they only use by product feathers from the meat industry. We decided to trust this lady. After a couple of days of use, the feathers already start to come out. Every single day I have dozens of feathers in my living room so I assume that the pillows' textiles are not adequate to hold feathers. After this deception I decided to look on their internet page for their "responsible" feather and couls find no information. Companies that do use responsible feathers are proud to display their certificates but Bolia not........ I don't know , is it the policy of the company to make their sales men and women lie or are we too naive.... Thankfully the carpet natura we also bought that day is still doing ok despite a slight discoloration (not due to dirt!). Nevertheless we are not buying from Bolia anymore.

I am having a nightmare with this company. My £1000 order is 6 weeks late, I keep emailing and phoning and they have no idea what has happened to it. It turns out that it is made by someone different and from whom they are unable to get any details, in other words their partners are unreliable. Email? they either do not reply at all, or reply saying they will reply in 2 weeks. Phone? endless call hold and then again they have no idea what's going on. Trustpilot reply? insinuating that my review or problem is 'mysterious' (gaslighting). I do not recommend using this company, it has been my worst online consumer experience for a long long time.

Had some trouble getting it delivered; one failed delivery attempt, one no show before item arrived which was challenging to manage with two professional busy schedules. Satisfied with the product itself, which is lovely like all Bolia items.

Still waiting on my order. It didn't arrive on the day of delivery as per the one day stated on my final receipt (a day I took off work as I didnt want to miss it seeing as its almost Christmas and Id be away soo after). I've received no response from customer service about where it is/any help even after the 48 hour expected response time. Money has been taken out of my account too.
Update: I have received an email from Bolia but it was 4 days after my original email. Still to get clarity why the final receipt had only one day stated (5th December) rather than a week range period. I have also just been told that the delivery won't be within the week range the Bolia Customer service have responded to below. Instead it will be several days later at an unknown time (a day I cannot receive the items) or sometime in the new year (so another month later).

Their consideration for environment and sustainability is almost non existing. They keep discontinuing their design with no support to their customer. I have a shelve from them and I asked for some parts and their simple answer is no solution and no parts available. Please don’t support this brand if you have a passion for emvieonment.
