Very pleased with the result of our bathroom refurbishment. The EKCO team were great all the way through. Special shoutout for Geoff who led the installation.

I needed to upgrade my bathroom & ensuite shower room.
EKCO sales, Hollie, took me through the various options & prices I had available to me
EKCO, & Geoff especially, did a great job installing my upgraded bathroom & en-suite shower room.
Always kept informed about what was going on & when it was going to happen
I've no hesitation in recommending EKCO.

Ecko have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. At the beginning, when we were looking for a quote for bifold doors, they got back to me quickly. There was no hard sell or pressure or wanting to send salespeople out to speak to the both of us. Prior to the fitting they were easy to contact if you had any queries.
The fitters Aiden, Kevin and Brian arrived bang on 8 am as we were told, and got straight to work.
Throughout the day I was kept updated with the progress, and any disturbance was kept to a minimum. There was slight damage to plasterwork removing the old windows, but after they carried out the repair and cleaned up, you would never know they were there.
We were really happy with the quality of the windows and the work carried out.
We have a door to be replaced in the future, and will definitely be getting in touch with ECKO to do it.

We had our kitchen installed by EKCO in 2017 and we have been delighted with it. It has required a couple of minor repairs since, and EKCO were professional on both occasions and speedily resolved the issues.
The recent issue was water ingress to the splashback panel behind the sink which had caused some minor delamination of a small section of a panel (the panels are a main feature of the kitchen and cover two walls). Replacement of the individual panel was the preferred solution, but unfortunately EKCO advised that the colour was no longer available. EKCO’s initial suggestion was to replace all the splashback panels in the kitchen with an alternative colour/design. However, we felt this was overkill and requested a site visit to allow them to view first-hand the (small) extent of the damage, which we felt did not warrant full replacement of all panels. During the site visit, the fitter took photos and measurements of all panels. Following this visit, we agreed an alternative, simpler, less-intrusive solution – a sealant strip would be fitted along the full length of two walls to cause minimum impact to the existing aesthetics.
Geoff came to fit the sealant strip, but unfortunately the strip he had been provided with was not long enough. Geoff was very apologetic and contacted the office immediately to order more sealant strip, and a return visit had to be arranged.
On the date of the return visit, nobody had arrived by 4:00pm so we rang the office to be told that there had been an admin error (the fitter had been double-booked) and they would not be coming to us that day. They prioritised our visit for the next available working day.
On the re-scheduled date, Geoff arrived promptly and fitted the sealant strip. He also re-applied sealant to adjoining areas. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He also offered us advice for other minor plumbing issues we had elsewhere in the house (thanks Geoff!).
Overall, we are happy with the end results but there were some frustrations/delays along the way.

I required to replace a Laufen toilet seat and communicated with Laufen direct who directed me to their distributors site of which Ekco were the closest to me. I emailed them and they were very experienced, and prompt in their responses, even though I ended up not requiring the item, I was very impressed with their professionalism. A pleasure to have a company that actually responds and has been a very pleasant customer experience on my part.

We were returning customers and not disappointed with our replacement windows this time around. Ekco supplied and fitted Rationel windows. These are good quality and the installers fitted them with no snags; were polite and friendly; and left the rooms clean and tidy. We shall be using Ekco again for the next stage of our renovation.

We had a damaged handle for our bifold doors which were supplied and fitted by Ekco many years ago
Callum was amazingly helpful - ordering a replacement for collection within a few days.
Delighted with the customer service!

Very happy with Lead Bathroom Fitter (Geoff), always kept us informed of progress and what time he was going to attend.

We bought a sliding door from Ekco and cannot fault the service we received right from initial inquiry to fitting. Although the company is not local to us, we decided to order with Ekco because of their pricing. The exact product was 2/3rds of the price of a local firm for supply and delivery which was a substantial saving.

Our experience with EKCO has been 5 star all the way.
From the 1st visit when we were met by Katie and shown around the showroom our high expectations were met.
Katie explained in detail the product ,function and any questions we had were quickly answered in a very professional manner.
We were kept informed at all times about our order
and contacted regularly about the expected delivery times.
Brian and Kevin(delivery and fitting) were polite, courteous and efficient. No hassle fit.
The rest of the team, Callum, Craig and Euan gave us a step by step progress report at all the different stages of our journey with EKCO.
We have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating.
Well done to all the employees. Great team work. 👍

*Update*
As Ekco have replied I feel it's only fare to point out a couple of things, 1. The extension was in place when we bought the house as has been pointed out previously so I can't return to the building contractors, 2. You have still not supplied any fitting warranty in writing despite 2 requests, and 3." Upon review of your project we can see that we have been out multiple times to your project to reseal , refit and adjust your doors. We are extremely confident in our product and also in our fitting service which we are well renowned for across Scotland." I agree that you have been out multiple times to reseal, refit and adjust the doors, it's just a shame they are no better for it and the issue has not been rectified. I'm glad you're confident in your fitting service despite the fact after the most recent attempt I've been left with a gap in the frame that I can stick my finger in. You can dress it up any way you like but the facts are the facts.
After selecting Origin Bifold Doors i was introduced to this company by the Origin website as my local supplier. The doors were fitted in 2017 and all seemed good until the weather turned colder and I started getting condensation on the inside of the threshold and I noticed that the foam gaskets had shrunk. I called Ekco who replaced the gaskets under warranty and said that would cure the condensation problem. Unfortunately it didn't and the gaskets continue to shrink and have had to be replaced almost annually. I've had several different excuses for the condensation but in an effort to cure the problem the doors were removed and refitted in February this year which we hoped had done the trick but again as the weather turned the condensation came back, the foam had shrunk and I also noticed a gap between the threshold and the side wall had opened up and water was pooling on the outside of the threshold. This suggests to me that something has sunk so I again contacted Ekco who responded by saying as the doors had been refitted there was nothing else they could do and I've had too many visits so they would only come back if I paid a £250 fee. They were happy to order new foam under warranty but I either have to fit it myself, pay someone else or pay them £250. They now also say that the condensation could be caused by the construction methods of the extension and the foam shrinkage could be within tolerance. So if the extension is not suitable for the doors why was this not found on the initial survey or the initial fitment or even the second fitment? And why does the foam gasket manufacturer state that the foam will only shrink if it is incorrectly fitted or overstretched? I will not be paying these jokers a single penny more. The number of visits is down to the poor fitting and has been an ongoing issue from the start. I've requested a copy of the fitting warranty twice but been ignored both times and it is not available on the website, nor are they members of any trade association so you are basically at their mercy. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from this company, they may be fine when things are going well and they will happily take your money but when things go wrong they don't want to know (unless it can be fixed with a couple of cans of expanding foam and some silicone).

Him, had EKCO out to repair a broken door brush and fit weather guard to door. We had EKCO install this several years ago.
Process to arrange was quick and easy and Karol suggested a better solution to brush which I was very pleased with. Nice job done and once finished asked if anything else needed to be looked at - nice surprise and Karol was able to resolve a loose screw on our back door.
Only reason for 4 stars, is that Karol was 90 minutes late to appt and with zero communication on this.

Two years ago EKCO designed and installed a new kitchen renovation with fantastic service and installed results. Recently I wanted to completely make over my main bathroom and although getting alternative quotes, really only considered EKCO for the project. Again the entire design and installation process was stress free with EKCO using high end products and materials. A minor issue with supplied wall tile size delayed the tilers, however, they recovered the lost time but still with excellent work quantity. Special thanks to Hollie (design) Geoff & apprentice (Installation) and Katie (PM). Delighted with the final installation, professionalism and service. EKCO may not be cheapest but ultimately you get what you pay for. Highly recommend EKCO

Can’t recommend Ekco kitchens.
Too many issues to list.
They don’t accept responsibility for their mistakes.
Could avoided a lot of the issues by getting the measurements for the design correct.

We approached 3 Kitchen design / installation Companies giving them our wishes and budget parameters. One company gave a quote well over our budget whilst the other two were competitive and within our budget. This gave us the opportunity to tweak things during the more detailed design process. We elected to go with Ekco as we thought the Masterclass Kitchen was of a better quality than the other options.
On finalising the final details we were given a proposed start date and schedule of works. This was generally adhered to and we were kept informed of any variations to this. The kitchen was actually finished ahead of schedule. The installation team of fitters, plumbers, electricians, and work top installers were all very helpful and polite and pleasure to work with.
We are very happy with the end result which makes the room look bigger and brighter, and includes several features and items which were suggested by Ekco and we thought would be beyond our budget. It makes such a difference to be able to work in a kitchen with adjacent utility room which is ergonomically laid out.
We would definitely recommend using Ekco for kitchen installations.

Having had Ekco install my kitchen last year it looked fantastic. Fast forward year and I chipped on of the drawer fronts and scratched another. Calum was quick to get me a touch up kit ordered as requested and had this sent out free of charge to my home address which was very much appreciated.

Excellent experience from Ekco supplying and constructing our Glass Structure, supported by other firms Ekco regularly work with doing groundworks and electrics.
All worked together seamlessly, provided excellent service and to a consistent high standard. I'd wholeheartedly recommend.
