This is a scam. I received terrible service from Delicando.com, and Trust Pilot shows that over 1/3 of customers are, like me, extremely dissatisfied and gave the lowest rating. On Ekomi however less than 1% of Delicando customers are dissatisfied, almost 100% positive, and they are awarded the eKomi Gold Seal. Hopefully Trading Standards can look into this company ?
Horrific Experience
Simply an absolutely horrific experience with eKomi. They offered me their service, made me sign a contract; and only scheduled a meeting to show me how everything after I already signed the contract. I only then found out that eKomi‘s service is not at all the kind of review platform I am looking for and wanted to cancel. This started their persistently aggressive and forceful attempt to keep me inside their platform without a way out. Even though I told them I would like to cancel the agreement within just a couple of days after signing (based on the fact that their services didn‘t meet my expectations, which I only found out about later), they unshakingly kept me tied to my signature without any attempt at even offering a proper resolution or being a truly exceptional company that realizes when a customer isn‘t getting the service they require. So desperate was their attempt to keep me in three platform that one would think this is the only way they manage to keep customers - make them sign a contract and subsequently force them to stay without a way out. It shows me that there cannot be many happy customers, lest they could easily let people like me go. Anyway, Hans is the man who helped and he is extremely unhelpful, offering basically anything but a real solution, but rather trying to find ways to keep you with eKomi whilst sounding a nice as possible and never really addressing the real issue. Disgusting customer service.

We’ve been Ekomi customers for years but through a 3rd party. We’re trying to transfer the account to manage it ourselves but I simply can’t get a response from Ekomi despite 2 emails and 3 phone calls. Im promised callbacks but they never happen. Clearly this business is not interested in retaining customers or its own profile. AVOID.
A reputation management company with a reputation problem
eKomi is a company that supposedly helps improve the reputation of its clients, yet ironically, it has an incredibly bad reputation when it comes to managing its own customer relationships.
Our experience with eKomi has been extremely disappointing, to the point that we feel compelled to share our frustrations publicly. We encountered several issues that have severely undermined our trust in their service.
First and foremost, the automatic renewal of the service without any prior notice felt deceptive and lacking in transparency. We found ourselves with a renewed service without any advance communication, which was highly frustrating. Despite our attempts to contact the support team to resolve these issues, our requests were largely ignored. After November, we received no further responses from Rens Malherbe, and Luigi Lemme also stopped communicating with us. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a profound lack of respect for customers.
To make matters worse, we experienced a price increase for the service from €89.00 to €93.45 per month starting in February 2024, again without any prior notice. This change occurred in violation of legal terms and further aggravated our dissatisfaction.
As if all this weren't enough, eKomi also decided to send a debt collection agency after us for the payment of invoices, despite the fact that our complaints were never adequately addressed. This aggressive approach only serves to further damage the already poor reputation of the company.
In light of these experiences, we are deeply dissatisfied with the service and customer management provided by eKomi. We are considering all available options to protect our interests.
Shocking experience - AVOID AT ALL COST
We were a customer of theirs. They changed their internal system and removed our credit card details. We received a request to enter our credit card details in their new system but it would not accept it. We attempted to contacted them but go not reply. The service was cut off and we thought fine end of the matter.
Then a few months later we get a contact through our website (eKomi had the directors contact details and email address from the set up process but we never received any emails from them about an issue) threatening with legal action and demanding we pay all the bills including after they cut off the service.
We replied to ask what the issue was and they advise that no one had replied that had sent us numerous emails - we checked every address and no one had received any emails from them. We provided proof of this to eKomi and they simply didn't care. They sent internal screenshot of some messaging system they used but they didn't come to us. That is a major red flag.....
I want to remind any readers of this that eKomi software is designed to send emails to your customer for feedback. if they can even contact their own customers about an issue - what good is their software to you?? Seriously utterly incompetent.
We had a signed a year contract which was already finished when the issue with credit card happened - just for clarity the issue was on their side with their new system - nothing to do with our credit card. We had screenshots from the issue when we attempted to contact them.
Again eKomi didn't care - they claim the contract renews for 12 month each time automatically without any notification or consent from the user.... seriously talk about draconian.... Is that even legal?
They threatened us with legal action to pay the full 2nd year including the months after the service had been stopped. The finance person couldn't care less - she only cared about getting money out of us. The fact their software failed miserably and the issue was entirely on their side and they didn't respond to our request for help meant nothing to her.
There are many alternatives out there - All I know for sure is eKomi should be avoid at all cost.

Was sold a service that is not fit for purpose. ekomi repeatedly taken unthorized payments from my bank after repeatedly telling them i don't want to use your company you lied about your service. Be very careful of this company!

We have been with eKomi since they started in the UK, about 14 years I think. The system is a bit clunky but generally works OK. My biggest complaint is the archaic system set up for support tickets. It's all done by email, no acknowledgment of support requests, no ticket numbers and no easy way to track progress. This is not befitting of a tech company in the 21st century! Also turnaround time leaves a lot to be desired. My latest ticket has gone unanswered for 24 hours despite chasing by email and telephone.

They won't publish adverse reviews about their client companies. For example, don't trust the on site reviews for Blickers glasses, they are woeful.

Total scam review service who is on the side of the company receiving the review. I left a 1 star factual review of r tech welding and they didn't publish it. No profanity, names or abuse just facts bit obviously ekomi who is paid by the company just wants reviews the receiving company wants.
Never paid for our services
I represent a translation company in Ukraine. In November 2021 Ekomi ordered a translation from our company which was done properly and accepted with no complaints. However, they never paid. We keep asking them every week and they just say they are too busy to talk.
Unfortunately, while many businesses in the entire civilized world try to support Ukraine's resistance to the Russian invasion, Ekomi representatives are to busy even to pay their own dues at the times of trouble.
