Hampton Corner Summerhouse…
We ordered a Hampton Corner Summerhouse back in the summer. We are delighted with the building, although the company sent to erect the building were slow in responding and once finally it was in place one of the panels dropped within 17 days of installation in August. It has taken copious calls to Shire, the installers, and emails to Elbec to finally sort the problem, which we have been told was a direct result of the initial bad installation made. I cannot fault Elbec, who have been quick to respond each time and have followed up my pleas by chasing Shire. I truly believe that without the persistence and tenacity of Shaun at Elbec we would still be waiting for a return visit. I was not even surprised when the date scheduled for the return visit went without Shire arriving, or ringing to say why they had not come. Shaun followed it up for me after checking to see if we were happy with the repair and finding it had not been done, and hey presto, Shire came out two days later! Thankyou Shaun!

Bought this for a Xmas present for my 3 grandchildren. Certainly looks good but could have done with having a bit more head height. Delivery was first class and built with ease. Would certainly recommend.

Unfortunately shed was delivered with 34 knot holes which I had to make good,did inform company and never received a reply, very poor quality wood every time it rains it gets wet inside seems to be very pourous.Not ideal.

Excellent quality!
Purchased a small summer house from Elbec and once someone laid the base for us, we constructed it ourselves (well to be honest, my husband did and I held the nails and the ladder and made the tea 👍). The summer house is really robust, very well made and the instructions were excellent - really clear. I would definitely recommend this company. Well done Elbec!

The actual summer house was of a very good quality, let down by the quality of the fixings. So many screw heads broke off when using I ended up using my own. Summer house on its own worth 5 stars, fixing kit poor.
