The shed came on time and the driver…
The shed came on time and the driver was helpful and polite. However the roofing felt was damaged which I reported on the day of arrival. No replacement has been received as yet. Also one bag of screws are missing which I have reported on Monday 16th - October and these have not come. The roofing felt should’ve been protected for transport. I await 2 items.

I think one star is to much I’ve just purchased a shed it was for a job not for me . it was in very poor condition so many knotholes. I completely understand it is a natural product and things like this can happen however called customer service and they said their quality control is that a very high standard can’t check every panel. However they couldn’t of checked my shed at all with every single panel had knotholes will never use again yes they offered me to send photos and can take up to 48 hr to respond time is money very poor Products and customer service

Shire Acenti Potting Shed
Excellent service from ordering my Shire Acenti Potting Shed to delivery. Brilliant that I could choose my delivery date when I ordered it. I was kept informed by Elbec and Shire and it arrived on time. The delivery driver was very obliging and put the shed under my carport to protect it until it was erected. It’s now erected and I am very pleased with the shed and look forward to doing my potting. I am highly satisfied with the whole process and would recommend Elbec Garden Buildings. Thank you.

A really difficult situation to score…
A really difficult situation to score as Elbec got caught in the middle of an issue. Elbec are an agent for shire who seem to be unable to deliver on time ( see other review) communication from Elbec good on issue and got my refund back within 7days. Would I use again probably not as more of a middle man agent than a manufacturer.

It's a great shed
It's a great shed, and I would recommend it, however the felt was missing, so they quicky sent it afterwards. 3 lengths x 2.7 metres acording to manual, but they only sent one 6 metre length. Poor maths by someone. Used my own. Drilling instruction confusing, 6mm drill shown at beginning of manual, but 5mm actually required. The tempered glass provided is easily broken, so the shed is easily broken into.

Excellent customer service from Elbec
I had a major issue with the manufacturer (Shire) in trying to get a replacement for a damaged part (shed door) speaking with numerous people over a 6 week period and getting nowhere. Sharon in customers services at Elbec got involved and a replacement door was quickly sorted and now delivered. Excellent service from Sharon who kept me fully informed with a daily update call.

ok, but with flaws
Beading missing, nails missing for beading, construction panels was slightly out of line, lock was rubbish could not fit in correct postiton, had to purchase own silcone to fill in gaps where the panels did not fit correctly,
