I luv my bracelet (even though the beads are expensive) I am still trying to get my travels on my wrist. I still have more to get but I know that when I can no longer remember where I've been my bracelet will tell me. So far I have only 27 beads, I never take it off except to add beads. It is very beautiful with purpose ❤️ Currently on Koh Samui.

I’ve had an El Camino bracelet for a few years now and have always been impressed with the quality. My most recent purchase was another country step and it was dispatched the day after purchase and arrived quickly even though it was an international shipment. Email queries are always answered quickly too.

The range of steps are fantastic, there is something to create a memory for different experiences in all corners of the World. I bought several to represent the trip I took with my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary. I now have a bracelet that brings back so many happy memories.

I've been ordering steps for the last few years for my daughter and decided that I should start too now that I'm on my sailing adventure. Unfortunately I didn't think about it quickly enough and wanted to have everything shipped to my daughter in one package overseas on one invoice with the correct address because I forgot to change my account information. I reached out to El Camino customer service and received a quick reply that they could resolve it with no issues. So from helpfulness, 5 stars, quick response 5 stars and overall product and packaging 5 stars. Thank you El Camino

where to begin. The service is very prompt and helpful, wonderful item's that mean so much. Extremely helpful if you need to change/alter something. All the items I have had over the years are long lasting and can be worn 24/7 - I never take my jewellery off. Just bring a smile to my face whenever I look, just love them

I Purchased a Bracelet and 6 Charms (2 Personal) for my Daughters 30th Birthday. I cannot recommend this company enough. The products I received were perfect. The Service I received was outstanding. I had questions and received very friendly, prompt, email replies. Have now give bracelet to my daughter and she loves it and what it stands for.

I love the el camino products and both myself and my husband have ordered items in the past few months, both receiving outstanding customer service.
I accidentally brought a bracelet that was a size too small (I measured my wrist but did not account for the amount of charms I was purchasing) and el camino were prompt at replying and also incredibly helpful when I took a long time getting the bracelet back to them.

I think it's worth also noting that I don't particularly like wearing bracelets but I loved the product so thought I'd give it a go and it's so comfortable I haven't taken it off.
The quality is fantastic, the customer service is impeccable and I cannot rave about this company enough!

I'm looking forward to buying many more products off of el camino!
