Charged me 6.5 euros for a 2032 battery that costs 2.75 euros in the USA. Also 35 euros for battery watch replacement, Tissot watch, which cost $15 in New York 2 years ago. I will never shop there again whether in Spain or anywhere else

Cancelation of order is not possible ONLINE although terms say this! This is not customer friendly.

I was quite worried having read all of the reviews on here, however, I ordered a skirt from the eu website and was very happy. It was exactly as described and arrived within the week.

Attention people's!! Don't buy here!! I was buying two flying ticket 904,76€ and after delete the travel I take back only 276€. No good, for nothing. The customer service is so acid and slowly. Really badly experience.

I ordered a piece of clothing from them 3 months ago. It took 2 weeks to get delivered (as opposed to 3 days like they had promised) and once I received the package, the zipper on the piece of clothing was broken. I emailed them right away stating I wanted to exchange this piece of broken item with a new one, they took a couple of days to reply, saying they will look into it. Since then I have not heard from them again. I emailed a second time 2 weeks ago for an update and they have now gone silent. I am extremely disappointed in El Corte Inglés, how can such a big business behave like this? I should have read all the negative comments before purchasing from them. I will never buy from them again.

Stores are way too crowded now. Not enough people at cashiers.

I ordered an item online and clicked the button to have it delivered next day, when I received the confirmation email it said delivery 7 days later. I emailed them straight away as I required the item urgently,when they replied they said it would be before the 7 days. When I checked the item on line again they had altered the website to read the delivery date.
I waited until the day it should have been delivered and got a message from the delivery company to say it would be the next day.
Come on El Corte Ingles, get your act together and perform like the large company that you are and sort out your customer service as I am still waiting for a reply to my 2nd email it should be common courtesy to obtain a reply.

Ordered an item online and they called me to confirm delivery within two hours. They cancelled my order immediately after the call and when I tried to contact them, it was impossible. When I managed to get to someone after a long time, they didn’t provide any information or details for a refund and terminated the chat. Just go and spend your money somewhere else

Muy muy mal. He esperado 3 semanas por un frigorifico que aun no he recibido. Su online ayuda no ayuda. Si sabia cuando he hecho la compra cuantos veces necesitaria contactar el corte Ingles, nunca habria comprado de ellos. They are unhelpful and dont respond to complaints about goods that dont arrive when they say they will. After many messages on online chat they advised that they only deliver on one particular day of the week which is hopeless.

Do not ever use the online service of El Corte Ingles. They do not meet the minimum standards for it. I do all my shopping online and never had an experience as bad as this one with any other provider. They should be banned.

I bought a Panama hat at the shop in Barcelona in early July for €112.50. Within weeks, the brim was coming apart. I notified them on 29th July, provided full details of the transaction, and offered to send a photo.
They have still not offered any form of settlement, nor any idea of when they might.

Ordered a new cooker as I was tempted by the discount. Arrived with broken glass in the door. Really helpful people on website but still no replacement and just been called to be told it will be another 2 weeks.
Ridiculous amount of time to get a delivery when I've paid for the item. I won't be purchasing from them again!

I ordered two products becasue the prices were nice and only after I checked the Trustpilot (my mistake). Then when I saw that it might be problematic, I cancelled the order from the account - which was a nice option and I got the confirmation that my order was cancelled. But the pending PayPal transaction was not cancelled by ElCorteIngles - either they do not know how, their system is not so advanced to do that or I don´t know. Now I am going back and forth with ECI and PayPal to release the pending funds .. which to my shock none of them can help. In the worst case scenario they will be blocked for one year and then I can have the €€ back for an order I have cancelled. This is a very shady business .. I would not order from them ever again.

I bought a sun bed last year. Less than a year later the wheel breaks in half. I contact El Corte Inglés by e-mail and also attach photos.
They keep asking me to send photos. This I had to do 4 times before they figured out it was attached.
After weeks they said it will take 45 working days to get it fixed.
Now more than 45 working days later and the summer almost is over, it has still not been fixed and they give me no update. When I contact them I get standard reply and they dont even read what I wrote.
Poor quality and really bad customer service!

I have a store close by where I live and love it. The staff are always helpful and polite. 5 star all the way !

Very disappointed !!! I will never visit this store again and I will let everyone know ...
On the 26th May while visiting Saville I have purchased a pair of Camper sandals ,with I very much love, from el corte ingles. After wearing them a few times ,one of the straps that was attached to the sole came off. :(((
I have contacted Camper to find out that there is 2 years guarantee on the sandals, but I have to contact el corte ingles where I bought them from ,so I did and explained that I leave in the UK ,I
have send them the bank details of the payment and a picture proof of the damaged sandals.
After a week the customer service replayed that due to a data protection, they can't help ...and they closed the case:(((

On June 24, I bought a dress, I have been waiting for it for almost a month, and the package has not arrived, no information from the seller, I have not received a dress or a refund. I informed PayPal about everything. Thieves and scammers, avoid!

Buyer beware! ZERO communication! TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Placed an order for a dress, received an email to say the order had been cancelled so tried again. Again the order was cancelled. Meanwhile £300 has been taken from my account. No reply to say why or when I'll be refunded so will have to go to my bank to retrieve my money which will probably take months. So annoyed!
