Bought a mod that is showing the incorrect resistance-.06 less than the actual coils are. The saurobox is the item. They are trying to say that its "normal" but this has never happened in all my years of vaping. Will not order from these scam artists again.

Bought an eleaf iMix.
Both times the batteries vented and left the device unusuable.
Luckily i was in the same room at the time and was able to throw them outside.
Do not leave these devices unattended.
Actually, save your money (and potentially your life) and buy a different brand.
I bought both from gosmokefree and they were beyond useless - another company I advise you all to avoid.
This comapny is only interested in taking your money. As can be seen from their response to other customers they lack professionalism, and display frequent disregard for retail laws.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Had 3 in 12 months, you’d think I’d learn my lesson but this time that’s it

Stay clear of Eleaf I stick had 2 now both have failed the same way first one 8 months second less than 6 months turns off and have to remove batteries to get it to work again. Only lasts about 15 mins and have to repeat. Took it back to shop and only 3 months warranty and the shop has stopped selling due to bad workmanship will not be buying eleaf again.

Very bad customer service , ordered few times coils was not too bad so far 1 out of 10 was faulty . Then when my ijust 3 stopped work. i ordered new replacement battery ,which was broken when try to speak with customer service noone is answering or just being rude . Please avoid this shop and seller.

Customer service sucks... I had ordered some coils in the mail and they sent me the wrong ones... I tried contacting them but I never got a response back. So now I'm going to try to order coils again and we'll see how this turns out.

I placed an order last week that never arrived when I sent an email over the weekend they called me back first thing Monday morning and sent out a replacement special delivery which I received the next day! Thank you

I was having problems with istick 30w. Rang customer services & got a replacement next day plus pre paid envelope to return faulty one. Excellent service.

Great service and fast delivery. This is my 2nd Eleaf ipower, the 1st one lasted well over 3 years, being used almost every day.

Avoid the Istick rim, fire button became intermittent after 6 months and it died completely a couple of weeks later. I've never written a review of anything in my life but the istick rim is so poor and costs so much I felt I should let people know.

Eleaf Vaping equipment is extremely poor quality. They last just over the 3 months warranty. Amazing how they can all get away with 3 months warranty!!
To add insult to injury the Eleaf customer service is useless, they are just an import agent for the main company and do not cover any product warranty, they just refer you back to where you purchased the item, who will tell you if it’s past 3 months there is nothing they can do. The Eleaf iStick Mix is to be avoided at all costs, the fire button starts becoming intermittent then the software freezes and stops. Constant batteries take out and replace to unfreeze. All this within 3-4 months. I am not alone with this as it appears to be a common failing. My local supplier is dropping Eleaf and Smok totally due to unreliable products.

Nice products, but the customer service is very poor. I ordered an iJust Mini with the 2ml tank (which is also shown on all product photos on the website). They then shipped it with the 3ml (which breaks more easily to the wider design). When I asked about the 2ml tank they answered that this one is not available in the US, even though it is on the website. I could not ask for a refund because I would have send it back from outside the US which is too costly. No discount or anything from them and quite unfriendly...

As a plus, of course, the price, sturdy case, resistant paint, reliable fasteners, the overall strength of the case.
As a minus - with a leakage, it really fills the board completely, the “short” button and the mod “fries” to full. This is especially funny while driving in a car when suddenly from somewhere on the side you start to pop and smoke (in the sense: the mod was traveling in a cup holder the third hundred kilometers, it shook and then it closed). Again, because of the heating, the screen quickly fails - for half a year of use, half of the crystals have probably died on it, but so far everything is seen. Weak "pin" - I do not know why. but lately it happens that he doesn’t see a tank at all until he “pokes” a pin with a screwdriver. At what tanks are different, and in general he does not want to see some at all. Well, the last minus - charging via USB. Yes, she is. No, it’s unrealistic to charge via standard USB up to 100% from scratch

Do not buy the iStick PICO. There is a design fault with the USB charger connection on the device. After a few weeks it physically breaks off! At first I thought it must have been me that broke it using inadvertent force but it happened on another 2 replacement devices. I have changed equipment now.

I always buy from Eleaf UK and have never had any issues with them, there prices, quality of items and customer service is excellent and when I had a slight issue they bent over backwards to help I would definetly recomend buying from this company!!
