Everything is good until delivery then only delivered to roadside is a let down. thanks for your reply that is the answer I expected but doesn't help me when the delivery put it at my front entrance which was fine I knew it was going there so I arranged for it to be taken to my flat. I had just purchased a item from your company for over £500 so it wasn't cheap maybe ask them to improve their insurance or get a different company just a thought

Brillaint and patient technical support. Reassuring and working with me to find a fault which ended up being a bent pcb connector pin (which was faulty at manufacture or for some reason electrician fitting the boiler unecessarily removed connector and bent pin when re-inserting connector) . Dont know which. Straightened pin and and controls now working .

The service was amazing. From minute to minute they resolved the problem. The delivery for a new boiler came next day. I highly recommend this company for everyone as the service is amazing.

We ordered a part for our boiler and it arrived very promptly. It then transpired this was not the issue with the boiler so we returned the part for a full refund. The customer service team were extremely helpful despite me being a few days late to return the item due to family circumstances. Great customer service and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ordered a PCB for my boiler. I had special delivery requirements due to the country lane I live on. EHC were superb in their communication and, at my request, passed my phone number onto the courier in case of difficulties. The PCB arrived within 2 days as promised. Really good customer service from EHC

Ordered two new radiators from EHC, which arrived promptly the next day. Unfortunately they were cosmetically damaged during transit, but their customer support was fantastic at replying quickly, organising a replacement and collection, all within two days of the original delivery date. John Webb provided excellent support and communication throughout.
I would recommend this company highly.

I called around 4 years ago and spoke to John in technical. He was mega helpful and sorted my problem out. I was really pleased to be dealing with him again today. Very knowledgeable and helpful, my new pump is arriving tomorrow!

Bought a heater in December wouldn’t work by February, I rang and spoke to technical who asked me to test the heater, I left my number and nobody has rung me back since, as I’m caring for my mother and wife my time is rather restricted so, I bought another just for ease of fitting!! You get one star because of your previously woeful customer service and faulty product, so let’s see if this one lasts longer than 2 months!

Ordering online was a delight and radiators delivered within the specified delivery window.

John Webb is an absolute star! He helped me with a very tricky situation relating to a Boiler leak and not only did he source the parts and an engineer he also arranged the works with the engineer and has been extremely helpful and friendly from start to finish. John truly is a credit to the company!
