Placed order received within two days installed and working

I spoke with John Webb in the technical department and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in discussing my required needs for a new boiler system.

We recently replaced our central heating with a set of electric radiators. Delivery was very quick and the customer service experience has been amazing, with two issues being resolved the next day (including pick-up and replacement of a faulty unit). The new system works really well and the build quality on everything seems excellent.

Prices were clearly laid out and good value, the radiator I received was really nice looking and easy to install. There were no hard sales tactics.

I found everyone helpful and the information supplied was great and informative with great delivery on the parts ordered ensuring it was with me the next day

UPDATED - thanks for sorting the issue. We got there in the end! It was nice to be able to speak with someone on the phone who was helpful.

Called to check a part was in stock before placing my order. The customer service guy confirmed it was in stock and would be sent out to me straight away.

I placed the order, but a week later nothing has arrived.

I called to follow up….Part not in stock. No notification to advise and was told it’ll be here possibly by the end of next week.

Great service. No problems at all

Quick delivery and easy to install heater that works well for our small utility room. I did have to contact Tech Support as the procedure to set the clock is confusing. They were very helpful and it took literally a few seconds to set the clock. There has been a recent software update but, the enclosed instruction book does not reflect that update. It's not clear whether you are setting a programme or the clock. You also need to remember not to turn the unit off at the wall as the set time will be lost. All quickly sorted out though by very helpful Tech Support.

I had no hot water and spoke to the lovely John who not only worked out what the problem was, but also gave me contact details for a local engineer who could help. The result, heating is fixed in hours rather than days!

Without giving my age, this is the sort of service/help that I used to be lucky enough to receive many years ago.

Wanted to acknowledge and express my appreciation of the excellent service I recently received from EHC, in particular from John in the technical department. Had a problem with my 15 year old Fusion E10 boiler which proved difficult to track down, not least because of my limited time availability to spend on it. However, over the course of some 29 calls (around an hour and a half in total), by process of elimination it got resolved. Each call was either answered or responded to within a couple of minutes (unheard of these days) and dealt with by John knowledgeably, with clear and precise instructions and a fair smattering of humour. I can't think of any other occasion when I've experienced such a high level of technical support, and would certainly recommend EHC to any potential customers to whom this is important
