I contacted John who was very helpful in assisting with a replacement electric controller for my Eco-save radiator

Had the radiator a week now and couldn't be easier to operate and the additional WiFi option was worth every penny. Great to be able to get the room warm whilst I'm on the way home, so I can get straight in to a room at the perfect temperature.
Outstanding service from sales, delivery to the technical team getting me up and running.
Well done EHC, you're showing other companies how it should be done.

Excellent service, high knowledge of products and fault finding experience

I installed my Fusion 9kw boiler in 2007.
It has performed perfectly for 16 years.
However when I switched it on this winter I found that the pump was running constantly.
I couldn’t for the life of me remember if this had always been the case so left it for a week or two.
I fired off an email to EHC asking about the pump and received a reply straight away from John saying to stand in front of boiler and ring him.
I did this and within 3 minutes he had instructed me how to reset the boiler to factory settings.
Now it’s working perfectly again.
Great service from a great company and nothing is too much trouble to John ( Webb ) their main engineer who knows their products inside out.
Very happy with service from EHC.

My boiler was installed in 2008 and it is still going strong!
The customer support is exemplary, they answer the phone quickly, you get through to John Webb or one of the other experts, who know the product 'inside out' they patiently listen to me, identify the issue and resolve the problem.
It is actually a pleasure dealing with them!

New PCB board, 2 contactors constant clunk from a very loud contactor.
And it's broken again, they refuse my electrician costs, and refuse to send an engineer out.
Sticking to gas
Having read your partly false reply, I've never refused help, you clearly stated that the faulty items returned would be tested, and if non faulty? you will charge me parts and time. You refuse to pay for the electricians time, who has now attended 4 times within a year, your patronising tone and manner is unacceptable. All power to EHC boiler is off as I fear it may catch fire 🔥
I await your engineer as I yet again have no hot water or heating.

Perfect service! I ordered a power board as water leaking blew the existing one off. It was closed for holidays but on the day of opening, i called to confirm i got the right part. There was no waiting and they helped me right away and i had the part the next day in perfect timing with the weather getting colder and with a broken boiler is not as easy or cheap to heat the house.

Good contactable customer help. I called twice and got a human within seconds who advised me correctly. Order arrive within 48 hours. Product was not stocked anywhere else.

I am using EHC for many years and standard of service is always excellent.

I recently up graded my heating & hot water system. One gas boiler does the main radiators but i chose to use an electric boiler to heat the hot water and underfloor heating circuits, i have to say the electric boiler works superbly. I have been very pleased with the ease of installation and use. I am a heating engineer, so i should know! I have a 9kw slim jim.

We purchased the DSR Heat Retention Radiators a few weeks ago, and we are delighted with them. The customer service from EHC was brilliant. They also recommended we contact Paul to quote and install.

Paul and Neil did a great job installing all the heaters and setting up the app. We would definitely use them for future work and recommend them.

The boiler order from Screfix arrived direct from EHC on a broken pallet. When we took the boiler out of the box it was damaged. The damage was reported back to EHC direct but they refused to accept responsibility for the damage and refused to give a refund for the damaged boiler or accept a return. Be very careful with this company because they do not take any responsibility if something goes wrong!

For the last 12 years I have been running a Fusion E10 Electric combi boiler and had next to no issues . Just recently I needed the first of any replacement parts as to be expected and the excellent Service from John and the team in the technical department is an absolute credit to the company.
