Still trying to process a refund 4 weeks later. No response to emails and the phone is never answered.

Good delivery service

Purchased a couple of lights in February. One light became faulty. I sent them an email in April and had no response. I left it a while because of the crisis that we are all going through and sent them another email. They were extremely apologetic and sent a replacement light out straight away with a prepaid return label to return the faulty light. Great customer service.

I bought a Nest IQ indoor camera From Electrical Showroom as they price was very competitive. I had some issues with it 8 months later, I contacted Electrical Showroom to inform them. Customer Services team have been very helpful and asked me to return the item with a pre-paid stamp. Due to C-19 I couldn’t return it for 4 months. When I finally returned the item and contacted them they couldn’t be more helpful. They immediately sent me a new product and I received it next day. I wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for electronics at good price with great customer service.

They delivered half the order said rest to follow before lockdown trying to ring and email no one answering or replying done me over £300 pounds please be careful very dodgy company apparently done a lot of people over repotting them to trading standards

Usually check trust pilot before ordering. Didn't this time excited about the deal an just ordered. Was horrified when I saw the rating and mixed reviews. Very pleased to say my experience was fantastic. Order despatched quickly and received within 48hrs by Royal Mail as promised. Packaged well and extremley pleased. Thank You.

Very Happy with them, I bought a bathroom extractor fan from them when it was cheaper than anywhere else. The unit eventually became faulty after 6 months or so and they were very efficient and responsive at having it replaced at no cost and minimum hassle for me.

I’ve purchased an expensive product that I was meant to be receiving after 48 hours of purchase but it’s been over a week and nothing has come through apart from an order confirmation. I’ve tried calling them but been on hold for over hours of hours and no response. I’ve emailed them, yet again no response. These negative reviews don’t lie, please do not deal with this company!

After reading the reviews, I was very cautious to order with them if truth be told! However, I ordered a Ring Spotlight Camera and they had the best price. I paid for next day delivery and received a FedEx tracking code yesterday and the product has just arrived. I haven't tested the product yet but the box was all sealed.
I felt compelled to leave this review as we're very quick to jump online and leave a bad one, so it's only fair to note good service. Especially when I use Trust Pilot to scope out a company I've not heard of before!

I was a little concerned after buying from Electrical Showroom when reading reviews on Trustpilot, but i couldn't recommend the service i received any higher . Relay great service even put a FREE bottle of hand sanitiser in the box. I would defiantly shop with them again. Great prices along with great service

Order says delivered/complete but nothing arrived. We've sent 2 emails, tried waiting on the phone for over an hour and sent a chat message. We've been extra patient because of COVID19 issues, but we're getting no response!

Not great communicators.

Items ordered. Week goes by nothing delivered. Finally something turns up, only to be a part order. Their online system stated “order completed”.

I have them a ring, they could t confirm what was still on its way or when it’s likely to be sent.

14 days after order, no response to email, no missing goods, no indication when items will be dispatched. Tried to call their support line, no answer on many attempts. I was on hold at one point for over 2 hours.

Owned PayPal dispute. They never responded. Goods did show up with no communication. I closed the dispute as I now have the complete order, but what a cowboy company - hanging me all this time with no email or acknowledgement of delays or missing order.

This will be my first and last time. I would not recommend this company.

Please avoid at all costs, Made an order three weeks ago and received a Email stating that my order had been shipped. After two weeks through many failed attempts of emails and phone calls Had no reply I got in touch with them through Facebook just to let them know that I will be seeking legal advice and receive the email minutes later.....;

..No apology or reason for the refund absolutely appalling service.

I bought an item and received as expected. The electrical showroom then sold my data without my consent to a third party that contacted me on a Saturday morning with their reference. I am in the process of referring the electrical showroom and the third party to the Information Comissioners Office for breach of GDPR regulation. I hope this company gets shut down for being Mavericks they appear to be.

Brought 10 led downlights very good price extremely good service plesent customer service enquires and delivered on time as described would use again and reccomend.

Ordered a range of light and plug sockets on Wednesday they arrived within 48hours, i emailed a question and it was responded to within an hour. Great products,great prices, and customer service. Will be definitely using again !
