I ordered 2 Lithonia 4BEMW LED 40K…

I ordered 2 Lithonia 4BEMW LED 40K 90CRI LUMENS 4 in lights and received 2 diff types, neither of what I ordered and need. I took pictures of the shipping box and packages that was sent plus what I need. I have to return them since my home wiring has no socket type connections.

Bought an LG speaker from this seller…

Bought an LG speaker from this seller on eBay, and after only a few months it became faulty. Unfortunately, it was already past eBay’s standard return window, so I sent the speaker back to the seller hoping they would help.

It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received any update, response, or resolution. eBay can’t assist because of the time that has passed since the purchase, so I’m stuck with no communication and no working product.

Very disappointing experience. Based on my situation, I would not recommend using this seller — the lack of support and communication has been extremely frustrating.

I bought a new LG soundbar looked a…

I bought a new LG soundbar looked a good price.
It was delivered in good time.
I opened the box to find they had sent me a returned unit that has bits missing including manual, warranty information , Screw and nuts missing.
Cables all tangled up like a child had put them in the box.
Pictures taken I’ve emailed them several times no response I’ve tried calling but the phone goes to a voicemail that you can not leave a voicemail to.
Wish I had checked the reviews first.
This company is just a big scam and it looks like they have messed around customers before looking at the bad reviews what there are a lot off.
Just got to contact the bank and trading standards now.
Buyer beware you have been warned read other reviews.

Ordered an item then received an email…

Ordered an item then received an email outright lying stating that it is a made to order item when it is manufactured by Juno and it would have a 19 day lead time with the option to cancel. I canceled and now they are saying there is no way to issue a receipt/invoice/statement or any documentation showing the refund.

EBS cancelled order for out of stock items they confirmed stock on over the phone hours earlier

I needed some Juno track lighting components and was on a time crunch to get them. I tried calling them to ensure stock on the items. Over the phone, they went item by item and said they were all in stock so I placed the order. Not 24 hours later I received an order cancellation email stating the items were not in stock. I called again to see if it was just one or two items and the rest could be shipped and they said all of the items were out of stock. Either the person lied about stock levels initially or their inventory management is poorly handled. Completely unreliable business in my opinion.

Beware! Non existent customer support

All seemed good until I had to return my faulty £950 LG soundbar system . They processed the return collection but zero communication to actually get the refund paid. No reply to email and their phone just rings out with no option to leave voice mail. Terrible customer service for what appears to be a large company. Legal route seems to be the only option at this point.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I paid with PayPal and it defaulted to another address. I immediately noticed it and contacted them through the email on their website and by using their chat function. Whoever was doing the chat didn't want to deal with the issue and said the person responding to emails would handle it. Needless to say it wasn't resolved and was shipped to the address where I didn't want it to go. I was hoping they would work to resolve it but all I got was a we understand your frustrated email. Save yourself any issues and use Amazon.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the order and for going above and beyond by including an adapter cable with the Kidde Smoke detector. That extra detail made the installation much easier with my current system, and I really appreciate the consideration. Thanks again for the excellent service!

Our business is located in kentucky

Our business is located in kentucky. Upon placing my order on Friday April 18, at 11:15am, i paid an additional 2-day Shipping fee of $99.20 as i needed this right away. It is now Wednesday April 23 & my Package is due to Deliver tomorrow sometime... Don't Pay The Extra Shipping because no matter when the order was placed they decide on when they process the order just a little FYI, then from that day they decide is when its shipped. This is NOT the way to do business! When the order is placed that day you the supplier received it, you should have put together the order that day- not when you decide to do it. Why are we out here paying for extra shipping for if you can't commit to it?!
Glad I didn't do over night the shipping for that was well over $400.00 -should have known better!
