We received a totally different cable from which has been ordered. Nobody replies to customer support chat, e-mail or picks the phone. Looks like there's somebody in the storage posting whatever is at hand and customer support doesn't exist.

Great bike from them fireball e bike, but they went into administration or something they probably didn't realise the tax and probably should charged more for labour on bikes, they must changed name after administration and just do kits etc can't find makers of my bike anywhere but there plenty second hand ones around on ebay etc.

ordered a bike early June still not delivered, chase email not replied to, telephone not being answered, rubbish customer service

update July 20th - keep chasing no clarity when it will be delivered - astoundingly poor customer service

31st July its arrived :-) no instructions AT ALL a little on their web - please remove the 1 star

it seems this place has closed, i looked on google it says "permanently closed" they were pretty good. They kept having problems with getting new stock from china, I assume thats why they closed.

I bought an Dynamic 26 inch 500w approx 4 years ago and its still going strong. Everything is quality about this bike,outstanding service to boot. AAAAAAAAA

Just after Christmas 2017 I decided to buy a conversion kit from EBC, unfortunately they were out of stock of the one I wanted. They are still out of stock of not only that model, but of every model they advertise. I have emailed them countless times and have been given every excuse imaginable. I recently contacted Companies House and was informed that the company was being made compulsorily bankrupt.
Draw your own conclusions.

Ordered my 500w kit on 22/04/18. No sign of dispatch till emailed them on 26/04/18, stating that if no response I would cancel the order through paypal.
Today is 28 and I still cannot track the package.
They promise 24h dispatch, which is a lie.
Not even an email with an excuse or an apology.
Existing customer who is never going to promote them or buy from them again.
Very poor or near to 0 customer service.

I recently purchased a 250 Watt Front Conversion Kit with Rack Battery. It works really well and I was pleased with the communication from the company who responded quickly to my emails.
Unfortunately my only problem was the poor instruction booklet which was not very detailed, poorly illustrated and referred to You Tube videos. These videos were of some help, but a bit out of date in places, not always clear and weren't specifically for my kit.
I was fitting the kit to a Claude Butler Lady's hybrid bike and assumed this was a well known make and there would be no problems. However I had to make some adjustments which took me some time to work out.
The company have promised me they are improving the instructions and I would urge them to make this a priority.
With good instructions I would have given 5 stars. My wife is very pleased that it's now me that can't keep up with her!

Outstanding customer service, I have bought 2 kits from this company and on one of them I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size of wheel - Electric Bike Conversions delivered the correct wheel the next day and collected the one to be returned, and at no charge! I didn’t think this level of customer service existed any more, very impressed, I would definitely recommend this company. Oh, and they answer the phone too and give great advice 👍🏻👍🏻

Have an issue with the motor and battery, EBC are either not knowledgable or use excuses that sound technical in the hope of putting you off, these kits are cheap for a reason.
As an engineer and lifelong cyclist we carried out comparison test among other things, low grade battery drains fast and produces poor power, branded battery does go further. Motor produces about 12 Nm out of a claimed 15 (most kits have 25Nm + motors), quality motor with EBC battery does twice the distance. Conclusion - combination of low grade components = poor performance all round. Good for a local trip to the shops, providing its at the end of the street. Communication from EBC good to start with then when I produced test results they have misteriously vanished Hmmmmm !

Spend just shy of £1k buying a bike from this company. I emailed cust servs with a few questions, got a response to say email recd., we'll get back to you in 24/48 hrs. Still no response, despite sending a subsequent email to remind them they hadn't responded. Original email sent over a month ago!
Guys, your bikes are good, but your customer service is pants!

I ordered a 500W front wheel conversion for my wife's bike and it arrived two days later. I had a slight problem mounting the wheel due to the forks. I emailed the company and they sent some adapted washers which solved the problem. The kit was simple to install and performs beautifully. I cannot fault electric bike conversions for their customer service or range of products. After posting photos of the conversion on Facebook, I received three requests for the name of the kit supplier and was only too pleased to recommend them.

I needed to convert my bike to enable me to carry on cycling as I have one metal knee and the other one not in the best condition. I found Electric Bike converstions who offered the complete conversion kit including the battery as well as full video instructions on how to do it. I probable spent about four hours doing the full conversion start to finish but really happy with the finished product. Just using number 2 on pedal assist help me to double my mileage on the first test run and only used about a quarter of the battery,
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team and when I had any questions someone called me back within ten minutes.
Fantastic customer service guys well done hope to do another conversion for a family member and will certainly use this company again.

I looked for a conversion kit for my wife's bike, after visiting several forum sites I contacted Electric Bike Conversions and received additional advice which I found very helpful.Unfortunately the front wheel kit was out of stock at the time and I decided to wait until it was available.I was contacted by EBC.to see if it was still required and I then the placed the order, it arrived the following day by courier.
I then set about the conversion, every thing I needed was there, plus I looked at their youtube video for guidance, this was invaluable and saved me a lot of time.
I had a slight problem mounting the battery on the down tube as there wasn't any drinks holder fixings but after a quick phone call to EBC
they sent me some inserts and screws f.o.c. to allow me to mount it on the down tube, I did find the wiring loom from the front wheel a little short but this was resolved by mounting the controller on the frame rather than the saddle. When I gave it its first test I was surprised on the performance as it exceeded my expectations and the Cheshire cat smile on my wife,s face said it all.
The enjoyment she now gets from cycling is well worth the money.
I would recommend to anyone considering getting a conversion kit to contact EBC and I am sure they will be very happy with their service.

after placing my order I received a confirmation and the item was despatched almost immediately ,it arrived within 48 hours and I hadn't been charged any postage . the item was of good quality and reasonably priced, I would use and recommend electric bike conversions ltd to anyone going on my experience dealing with them.
