I did order a new Gallagher energizer at Electric Fence Online. I already received it within one day. Great price and great service. Will definitely buy again!

I ordered almost £200 worth of Bruder tractor toys, they all arrived in packaging, looked perfect!
Within 10 minutes of the red Massey tractor coming out of the box - the wheel was off. (My little boy was devastated) it didn’t even get played with. I emailed the company, they said they would send a replacement - that arrived 2 days later but the wrong tractor, it was the same make (Massey) but didn’t have a loader, so again my little boy was upset, and again with 10 minutes the wheel was off again.
Horrendous quality, I would avoid this company, to save the heartache of your little one’s disappointment. They aren’t cheap, so you would expect what you pay for, and this isn’t it.

We ordered 2 rolls of electric fencing and paid accordingly. We received 2 electric fence screws in a little box. We have repeatedly tried to contact the firm by email and phone with absolutely no response. They have our money and we have no electric tape. We feel totally ripped off!

I bought the fox deterrent. First day the fox pricked up its ears and ran away. After that the fox returned undeterred. I kept trying to photograph fox to have evidence to ask for a refund, but was never quick enough. When it snowed last week I finally got a photo of fox tracks in the snow, but the company refused to refund me because if left it too long - over 9 months. Sadly the foxes near me are not remotely deterred by this device.

They get one star for refunding me as that’s the best they could do.

Sold me an item they didn’t even have in stock.

Then sent me a dispatch email saying 1-3 days.

Then asked me to wait for it to come back in stock which would be ten days.

It was a gift for a birthday.

Which had now been missed.

I bought the ‘Concept Research Pest Deterrents FoxWatch Ultrasonic Fox Deterrent’ from Electric Fence Online and it is useless.
The product claims to cover 125 sqm however when I walk across the field of view more than 2m from the sensor it doesn’t sound an alarm.
At £84.50 this is unacceptably bad. Maybe the product I was sent was faulty?

Woow.... parts arrived by carrier overnight, less than 24 hrs after order was made! Everything was well packed and as described. I will have no problem using this supplier again. Well done!

Brilliant very impressed with Electric Fence Online. Ordered something which turned out unsuitable for our needs, I emailed the company and asked if I could return for a refund and the return address. Within probably an hour and a half I had a very polite reply giving me the address to return to. They've received the item back and are refunding me today. Amazing service have had quite a few problems over the last few months with on line companies 😀 Thank you.
