I ordered two LED light bulbs on line which never arrived although I got an acknowledgement of dispatch on May 20th 2011. I sent several emails to the address as specified to say so and received no response. I wrote a letter to the Director of the company and have received no response. I assume that this is just a rip-off. Unfortunately I have to rate them at least one star to get this accepted.
