What a con , no confidence in this company , item never arrived .
Buy from else where

I will NEVER buy from this company again. After taking my money, the item purchased never arrived. Despite numerous e mails and voice messages to this company, they ignored me. I had no alternative but to ask PayPal resolution centre to intervene and within two days my money was refunded. I then cheekily received an e mail from the company to say my order had been cancelled. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews first where numerous other customers have had similar problems. One wonders why Paypal allow them to still be their customers. It must cost PayPal time and money resolving issues with this company.

Electric trolley spares have cancelled my order for Powakaddy wheels (must have been after my review). It has taken three months from my original order for them to send me an e-mail. Unfortunately they have kept my money. How can they do this?
The boss of electric trolley spares is supposedly a golf club pro.
I placed an order for my wheels with my golf club pro and they arrived three days later. I suggest if you need any spares, go to your golf club professional DO NOT USE "ELECTRIC TROLLEY SPARES".

No stars if I could con con con, pity people don't look at trust pilot before buying online, I didn't, fortunately my bank paid me back, how is this company not being investigated

Would give less than one star if could, no part supplied, no reply to emails till credit card transaction cancelled.

I agee with others con artists, something needs to be done about this company as I have joined a long list of fellow customers who paid for goods in my case £181 for new battery an recieved nothing. Phone never answered e-mails never replied to, same as everyone else.

Con Artists ! Having read the other reviews I would never have purchased anything from this shower. They took the money ok and then nothing. They never answer the phone and when I did get a response from "Kirsten" by email all I got was attitude, no apologies or information. Having had to wait the statutory 10 days for items that didn't show I was then promised a refund - needless to say they must have used the same inefficient service to send a cheque because that never showed up either and they now just ignore emails. I have now contacted the Police, Trading Standards, BBC Watchdog and MasterCard and hope someone will take action against them.

Very disappointed, no answers the phone, no battery delivered a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience, perhaps a lesson for us all when a website doesn't have a link to its feedback for all to see! Best avoided to ensure you are not disappointed.

This company is shocking I ordered a replacement powakaddy wheel. Following payment I received confirmation. The item is still shown on there website I'm sure they haven't got a supply of them. I have sent emails and they haven't had the decency to respond.

There are steps you can follow it appears they are scamming everyone. Don't let them get away with it!!

Parts ordered and paid for and nothing dispatched. No contact at all, They will not answer calls or emails. Absolutely disgusting. How is this company allowed to trade?

just become latest scam victim, lost £36 .45 they sent me a duff encoder switch after 3 weeks, I sent it back straight away with proof of postage, and requested a refund. I got paypal on the case, they ruled against me because i did not have tracking, so the next person who uses this company , when you return anything make sure that you have tracking, then paypal can get your money back. AVOID AT ALL COST because it will.

Like many have said before. Avoid like the plague. Parts ordered. Not delivered. They do not answer phone or respond to emails.
Fraudulent company and inept. This Company needs to be closed down.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! As per most of the previous reviews, Ordered never received and no replies to emails or phone calls.

Supplier even sent an email confirming the parts had been shipped including what appeared to be Royal Mail tracking code but the system was never able to track the parcel.

3 emails, 3 phone messages, nothing ....

Avoid at all cost, thoroughly disreputable company. Order placed 20 Dec. Immediate automated acknowledgement received and cost taken from my account. 4 emails and 2 telephone calls and no response. I have had to initiate Paypal resolution procedure. I wish I had read the reviews here before placing my order

Sadly I didn’t check these reviews before dealing with this dishonest bunch. I would have given then a zero rating.

I placed an order for Powakaddy Spares on Sept 26 2017. They informed me they dispatched the order on the 27th.
By Oct 10th nothing had arrived and an email was sent. No reply.
By Oct 16th nothing had arrived and an email was sent. No reply.
By Nov 2nd nothing had arrived and an email was sent. Kirsten at ETS replied claiming the parts would be resent that day.
By Nov 25th nothing had arrived and an email was sent. No reply.
By Dec 6th nothing had arrived and an email was sent. No reply.
By Dec 8th nothing had arrived and an email was sent requesting a refund. No reply.

I advised them on the 11th Dec that I had contacted the bank for a charge back. Still no response. Refunds must be claimed within 120 days.

I’m convinced they delay to get beyond the deadlines for refunds.
They will likely have robbed a lot of people so avoid at all cost and spread the word.

I’ve reported them to consumer authorities but there should be a government body than can prosecute these thieves.

Sadly I didn’t read these reviews either and I sold them my old powakaddy but have not received any payment, I had been speaking to them on the phone right up to the day they collected the trolly, then nothing, I have emailed and telephoned but no response, so please, please, do not use this company.

I too sent my powakaddy plus accessories having been offered a reasonable price and at that time,good email response from them.As of yet no payment received and despite further email enquiries,no communication from them!The phone goes constantly to an answerphone!
I wish I had read reviews before dealing with this cowboy company!
It looks as though the next step is to pursue though the courts!
Avoid this company at all costs!

I've had a very bad experience with this shower recently.
I sold them a Powakaddy trolley, they did not pay me for it, nor would they return any calls, emails or letters.
The only way I could get them to contact me and to pay the outstanding debt was to issue a County Court claim against them.
I can only suggest to anyone reading this who has money owed to them, is to use Money Claim Online, its part of the HM Courts and Tribunal service. Its very easy to use and for me was successful. It only cost £25 to issue the claim and that money was refunded when I won.
I would not recommend this company.
Businesses like this who treat their customers as poorly as they do should be held to account.
I gave them 1 star rating because I could not give them a zero rating.
