Wish I had read the previous reviews before purchasing. A lesson learnt on my part. I wonder if this is just some chancer working from a house & hoping to con as many people as they can. Ordered the part for my golf trolley & after 3-4 weeks nothing had arrived. E-mailed them 3 or 4 times with no reply. Phoned them at least 50 times, yes 50 & they either don't answer or it goes to their answering machine where my messages are not returned. Got fed up with them & raised a dispute with Paypal. Received the following Email from Paypal yesterday.

"We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favour. We were able to recover £xx.xx GBP, and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow 5 working days for this adjustment to be posted. If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to recover the balance from the seller. If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges."

Well done Paypal. I am sure there are loads of people in the same situation as me. The monies owed was not a massive amount but I hate getting ripped off by con merchants.

In common with the previous reviews I have also sent money to this company and received nothing in return. Sent order on 27 October 2017 and to date no parts sent. Same story re response - do not answer phone. I received an email saying part was with RM - obviously not as it has never been received. I have made enquiries into the registrant of the website and I am passing the information to the police. I would urge others to do likewise if you have also sent money and received nothing.

Same as others. Ordered the part. E mail to say it would be delivered. Nothing sent. No e mail response. No phone call return. Absolutely awful way to run a business. If I don't get something back from them very soon, I will be taking further action. My advice - avoid.

My order processed 17/8/17 after 1 week had not arrived so was told on the phone was posted on that day but 1st class registered post could take 10 days !
On 31/8/17 phoned several times and left messages + emailed.
1/9/17 part of my order arrived having been posted on 31/8/17
4/9//17 several more phone calls with messages and a message on website and have had no reply as yet. I have purchased the missing items from my order elsewhere and will endeavour to get a refund.
A totally unprofessional company !!!

No problems received parts within 4 days of ordering and at all times was kept informed of the progress of my order.

I ordered and paid for a new spindle online over 6 weeks ago and so far received absolutely nothing. I have telephoned the company on more than 5 occasions but the number advertised just goes to answer machine and having left messages nobody has ever bothered to acknowledge or return my calls. I sent numerous E-Mails without ever having any reply. How can any business carry on with such non existent customer service? Avoid this company at all costs. Unfortunately it was only after I had been totally ignored that I researched them and found other people that they had not satisfied. You have been warned.

after 10 days i started to question whether my item would be arriving soon so i rang the number on the website countless times, no answer. after the 5th failed attempt at various times during the day i left a voicemail. The next day i got an e-mail saying the following . . .

Your part was posted when you received our email but the RM terms permits them to take up to ten working days to deliver first class recorded delivery so it is within their terms which gives them up to the 9th to deliver. That said I will give them a call and monitor the package,

the biggest problem with this is that i ordered the item and received the e-mail conformation on the 24th of April (10 days prior to getting this e-mail). Where on earth did they get the 9th from even if it did take RM 10 days to deliver. i have since sent 3 e-mails with no response and left another voicemail. Still no item 15 days and counting . . .

What a shambles of a company, avoid at all costs
