Would not refund for a broken vape I purchased although I had receipt apparently need box aswel an absolute waste of money

Paid for the post still waiting I ordered them over the weekend

Didn't receive my order.
I received an email stating it was cancelled which I never did

On this occasion sufficient packaging was used and product arrived quickly and secure, but my order previous to this was very poor, the packaging used was not sufficient, battered and obviously a re used envelope that was over filled arrived damaged and part of my order missing. Emailed picture of how it arrived etc twice! and received no reply no apology no replacement. Customer service is disappointing :-(

Merry hill branch Jack was very helpful but is it goes for two young girls one with big eyelashes was very rude and seemed to not want to be there and the other young girl I would say is 18 but looks a bit younger was Abit flirty with some of the male customers and another young lad that had green hair has no clue needed pods for a vape he said he did not know and sold me juice that was not what I asked for as I like full flavour so I asked Jack and he helped me with the right info and advised me to try elfliq and it’s was very nice Jack is the only reason for me to visit there

Normally this would be. 5 star rating as always but this delivery was poorly packaged and only received a quarter of my order!

Always a good service, been buying off them for a long time, I've never had any issues with them, they sent me the wrong coils once and I contacted them and they sent me the correct ones straight away. I always buy the fluid in bulk because they do really good deals the more you buy, I save a fortune buying from them.

Popped in on Wednesday afternoon to be served by a lovely chap he had his hair tied back with a night mare before christmas hoodie on.completely helpful , great customer service and cheerful .been in before but never had this customer service until this day. Will be returning again .

Quick delivery and products i wanted and vape we can trust at reasonable price

Jack in the Merry Hill branch is a legend! Went in for some juices , recommended some new liquids that were perfect! Took the time to get us exactly what we needed and all the other customers in the queue before us , he took his time and the wait was worth it! Definitely recommend going in if you see him on shift
