They had something wrong with their website when i was in payment page and i waited for payment confirmation.
I emailed them to cancel one of the two identical orders (because of buggy website) which I was charged twice....
Initially they told me they could cancel over phone one of the orders. On the email they said they cannot cancel one of the items, creating more problems and stress for me. Useless customer service that don't know nothing. Would deserve 5 negative stars or 0 stars,not 1 star.

I made several orders in the last 2 years and all came on time. I like the products and had no problem when I needed to use the warranty. I love some of their products, you can't find them anywhere else.
