I went and purchased a game that was region free and found out that it was mis-labeled and that it was actually a region-locked game which I have no idea what region it belongs too to even try to redeem it.

their in-web support is AI, which was frustrating to talk to, to begin with and after they replied and now on my 3rd day I still have not received my refund and they're asking me to wait as they've placed the key they sold me into resale (not my problem) and they're asking me to wait for another 3-5 days and get back to them if I don't get my refund by then which is absurd for a mistake that was from their side and I'm pretty sure even the human support interface is in fact AI too which is absurd.

end of story not buying any keys again from that website.

Update: it took around 8-9 days for them to issue the refund I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

Note: the game i've purchased which was mis-labeled still have no region mentioned even though it's not global.

Sent a question to the help desk - replied in 2 min with a comprehensive explanation.
My issue was resolved immediately.

I got the game I was looking for however it wasn’t a smooth journey. I was told I would get the game instantly as per the advertisement on the website however when I paid for it then I got the message that it could take 5 to 30 minutes. Finally when the order was completed and it started to show on the website account dashboard, it took another 24 hours to actually get the login details to play the game on Xbox. I raised the ticket and to be fair their response was rapid however of no help and they offered me the refund as they didn’t know why their supplier was taking so long to process the order. In the end, I did get the login details after 24 hours of placing the order but being a new customer I was anxious and worried that I would never get what I paid for. Patience may be required if you are buying from them. But it’s not a scam company as far as my experience with them.

DO NOT USE THEM. A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND LIARS. Tried to use my card it wouldn't work so i said you know what let me use crypto. It wasn't hard copy and paste the code and send the funds.

After waiting a bit nothing happen. Now im being given the run around by reps. One saying oh we only support certain crypto while another said oh it never went through. Sends complete form from coinbase oh its a mistake. At this point so your not crypto friendly and your lying while the wallet you gave me has my funds in it. Worst experience ever! For $38.63 i hope you get audited and shutdown

The customer support made my experience with the company alot better. Easier to use and navigate as I was talking with someone.

I purchased 1 month of PS essentials expecting a code for that but I got multiple codes equaling 11 dollars and it wasnt enough to purchase the one month of essentials on the Playstation. I was$0.65 short. Was purchasing the 1 month for a friend and it turned into a whole thing. I was better off sending him the money on paypal

They make you pay and then ask you for ID picture.

Verification process takes ages. It's been 3 hours and still nothing.

Then they put you with a chatbot that litteraly doesn't do anything.

I'm still waiting for my refund.
