Best value keys and great support
The key I purchased on the 15th was valid and activated without issue.
However the key purchased prior to this did not activate, and I contacted E.F. support who fixed the issue.
Also, the purchase history at their website allows users to go back and view key(s) from previous orders. Great if you know the purchase date but not the key.
E.F. is a good business selling value for money keys and over the years they have saved me a lot.

This was by far the worst experience i…
This was by far the worst experience i ever had in online shopping!!! At first I didn't get the product key delivered I had purchased. So I opened a refund ticket, asking to get refunded and took my business elsewhere. Now the nightmare began...all of a sudden they sent the key after all but i didn't need it anymore and had already filed for refund. From then on it took 7 days back and forth over and over the same messages I have to confirm i am not using the key, then that I have to be patient because the product is being replaced on the market. The funny part, the same message that the product is being replaced on the market I got on the 11th i got on the 16th again...Wonder how long they need to place something on the market. Bottom line it was all just complete and utter BS to buy time not to refund me. Finally today the 18 of July I got the message that the refund went through. Paypal confirmed that, but for a company that claims to have their tickets resolved usually within hours but no longer than 5 days, this was an experience I definitely will not get myself into again...Account delete!!!

Good value and great customer service
There was a delay for my order to finish processing before my code was sent out to me, but after I used their customer service it was sorted in minutes.
If that hadn't have happened it would have been 5 stars
