As a complete novice to lighting systems; I called for advice which was really helpful, delivery arrived sooner than I expected which was fantastic and the payment/ invoice was through on my emails almost before I set the phone down. Not being very technical, I took the advice of ES sales team and purchased their recommendation. They weren't wrong, it was a great purchase. Following prompt delivery and installation I had cause to call the after sales team and I have to say their help and advice was again first class.

I live in Portugal and was nervous about ordering from the UK. All arrived perfectly within 5 days. 10/10. Easy website, simple to pay. Job done - how the internet should work :)

The only down side was the extra delivery cost to the Isle of Wight!!!!

Electro Supplies is good all round supplier of electrical related parts and equipment, offering good prices and friendly, straight forward customer service. We have been using them for around 18 months now and have never had any issues.

Ordered and delivered very quickly

Before ordering the sales team provided excellent advice about the size of our installation and the choices of lamps available. Prices seem to be very reasonable and extra discount was applied to the order to hit an agreed budget. Altogether an excellent experience.

I was given sound advice on a subject I knew little about and when I ordered the goods they came the very next day. Alex said should I need further information to call him. Great service I will certainly use Electro Supplies again.

Very fast delivery

I did not quite understand what I had bought. The response on the phone was good but it was not totally clear as I felt I was getting a stand and I didn't. Can see why I didn't, but I needed better understanding of what was going on. Please confirm with a pic of what you are sending so those less familiar get what they expect, and are not disappointed.
